As part of the project, a thermal renovation of the building of the Primary School in Perlejewo is planned, including: * insulation of the building envelope and separation of heated and unheated spaces, * replacement of core joinery, * replacement of the old oil boiler with a modern oil-condensing boiler with a CO2 saving of more than 30 % compared to the previous, * modernisation of the internal heating and hot water installations, * replacement of lighting on an energy-efficient LED, * installation of a 15kWp installation for built-in lighting. Currently, the building envelope does not meet the requirements of the heat transfer coefficients. The system is inefficient (low efficiency), inter alia on account of an old low-efficiency overhead oil boiler. In contrast, the energy-intensive internal lighting of the old type contributes to high electricity consumption. According to the estimates made in the ergeogenic audit every year, 3.129 GJ of heat is used for heating the building and the hot water to be used, which translates into expenditure in the order of PLN 205. Due to the lack of insulation of walls, the low efficiency of the installation has been wasted at 2.296 GJ. If account is also taken of the energy efficiency potential inherent in the modernisation of the lighting embedded in conjunction with the installation of solar panels, the savings can reach 2.332 GJ, which is ca. 68 % of the final energy consumed today (2.780 GJ and ca. 64 % in the case of primary energy). This amounts to an amount of up to PLN 161 in amount, which is the size of the Applicant’s budget. (English)

(Polish)
