The project consists of the thermal renovation of the Team of School Building No 2 of the Integrated Departments in Hajnówka. Due to very poor thermal insulation parameters in combination with a coal-fired boiler equipped with a boiler equipped with a boiler well before 1980, and therefore the very low energy efficiency of the building, the following construction works were planned: * insulation of fundamental walls; * insulation of the sides of the outdoor floor wall at 14 cm in height and the realisation of a structural disturbance — removal of the façade silicone ‘Baranek’, * insulation of the ventilated housing, * replacement of roof covering on the whole building by applying two layers of heat-sealant packaging to a level of 1,1 W/(m²• K), * replacement of the old wooden windows by the replacement of the old plant to the new pump, the two-tube with the separation of fan heaters and thermostatic valves and the automatic vents, * replacement of the coal boiler on a biomass boiler (pellet), * installation of the solar panels of 15 kWp with the necessary structure, inverters, meters, connection installation, automation, * replacement of the lighting built on the energy efficient. According to estimates made in the energy audit every year, 4187 GJ of final energy are used for heating and hot water and lighting for hot water. The execution of the above works will allow it to be reduced by around 58 %. This will entail a reduction in CO2 emissions of 387 tonnes per year. (English) | |||

Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku Zespołu Szkół nr 2 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi w Hajnówce. Ze względu na bardzo złe parametry izolacyjności termicznej w połączeniu z zaopatrywaniem obiektu w ciepło z kotłowni węglowej wyposażonej w kocioł wyprodukowany jeszcze przed 1980 rokiem, a co za tym idzie bardzo niską efektywność energetyczną budynku zaplanowano następujące prace budowlane: * ocieplenie ścian podziemnych fundamentowych; * ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych kondygnacji nadziemnych styropianem gr. 14 cm oraz wykonanie tynku strukturalnego – wyprawa elewacyjna silikatowa typu „baranek”, * ocieplenie stropodachów wentylowanych, * wymianę pokrycia dachowego na całości budynku poprzez ułożenie dwóch warstw papy termozgrzewalnej, * wymianę starych drzwi zewnętrznych na drzwi o standardzie izolacyjności cieplnej na poziomie 1,1 W/(m2•K) oraz drzwi wewnętrznych pomiędzy wiatrołapem a korytarzem, * wymianę dwóch starych drewnianych okien na wykonane z PCV o współczynniku przenikania ciepła U=0,9 W/(m2•K), * modernizację instalacji c.o. poprzez wymianę starej instalacji na nową pompową, dwururową z rozdziałem dolnym z grzejnikami płytowymi i zaworami termostatycznymi oraz automatycznymi odpowietrznikami, * wymianę kotła węglowego na kocioł na biomasę (pellet), * montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 15 kWp wraz z niezbędną konstrukcją mocującą, falownikami, licznikami, instalacją przyłączeniową, automatyką, * wymianę oświetlenia wbudowanego na energooszczędne. Zgodnie z szacunkami zawartymi w audycie energetycznym każdego roku na ogrzewanie budynku i przygotowanie ciepłej wody oraz oświetlenie zużywanych jest 4187 GJ energii końcowej. Przeprowadzenie wymienionych wyżej robót pozwoli na jej ograniczenie o około 58%. Wiązać się to będzie ze zmniejszeniem emisji CO2 rzędu 387 ton rocznie. (Polish)
