A Wimoov platform is a **reception and accompaniment system, which offers a mobility offer**** as well as a mobility path adapted** to the needs of all audiences in situations of fragility. Because of its local implantation and modularity, it plays a genuine role as an interface between the actors of the** **mobility of the territories**, of which it complements the existing arrangements. She is a local player with the public on inclusive mobility either to accompany the public in their journey to promote access and retention in employment or training We propose to intervene directly on professional issues as part of a mobility support, based on a mobility test carried out at the entrance of the participant. This allows us to define a mobility profile and underline the importance of mobility skills in job search or for social inclusion, and the solutions put in place to remove obstacles. We allow a clear and precise vision of the forces/weaknesses in terms of mobility, the axes of work to be implemented and thus, through our action, the improvement of access to employment and the training of our participants through the acquisition of this key competence. As such, we implement the actions taken in the framework of: * ** Optimisation of job seekers**, by extending their area of job search to a territory as a whole and not to a part of a territory or neighbourhood. Thus, we implement training aimed at targeting job pools, companies, corresponding to the professional projects of the participants. This axis is based in particular on the **mobilisation and optimisation of mobility tools to complement job search techniques**: use of new technologies, plan reading, practical situation, use of aid according to Staff Regulations,... * **the development of skills**: our individualised support aims to empower the participant, in the master’s degree, in the field of mobility. In practical terms, it is about teaching participants how to use their mobility skills with an employer during a job interview, but also how to use them for their home-work or work-work trips. This is all the more important when the participant does not have a driver’s licence, whereas the driver’s licence is a recurrent prerequisite for recruitment for the employer. It should be noted that we are strengthening this process by mobilising collective workshops, especially for seniors, which help to remobilise our participants in their career paths. * **support via material services** (provision of rolling stock), **educational** (training), **advice** (purchasing/repair assistance, insurance, microcredit,...) in order to make the accompanied public autonomous. **In fact, our intervention is part of the dynamic of a socio-professional integration pathway for the participants since it is validated by the actors involved in the employment of the territories who prescribe the beneficiary public (Pôle Emploi, Local Mission, PLIE etc.)**. The logic of our intervention aims to guarantee and supplement the overall fluidity of the participants’ journeys by removing the last barriers to access to employment. We identify with the beneficiary key areas for their job search, we provide theoretical and practical support in the places of employment, and implement, where necessary, material solutions (bikes, scooters, cars).
