On the basis of Turkey’s diagnosis of problems, resources, potential, predisposition, the needs of a scholar, including a psychologist in consultation with the GOPSDMOPMSCPR (in the case of a kl. of these institutions), a participant will benefit from at least two different forms. in the case of those institutions, a participant will benefit from at least two different forms. It could be supported by an allowance in the form of: (a) reimbursement of costs of care for persons, (b) the cost of commuting to the attention of their ISR, in the case of persons with incomplete controls. to the extent of a significant or moderate proportion of their carers. support to be made to change in the demand by participants. The applicant shall carry out the project on the basis of the following programmes: District Control Programme for the Families and the Protection of Victims of Violence in the Families of the Sejneński District of 2016-2020. Dla kazdego uczestnika zostanie opracowana ISR oraz zostanie podpisana umowa posiadajgca formq kontr. socjal. Kontr. powst. w oparciu o indywid. diagnozq z uwzglqdnieniem diag. syt. problemowej, zasobów, potencjału , predyspozycji, potrzeb kazdego ucz. przeprowadzong przez psychologa w porozumieniu z GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (w wypadku kl. tych instytucji).Kazdy uczestnik skorzysta z co najmniej dwóch róznych form.W wypadku osób niepeł. wykorzyst. bqdg usługi aktywnej integracji tj. trener pracy.Zaplanowano równiez koszty wyz. w trakcie zajqc wynik. z ich ISR,w wypadku os. z niepeł. w stopniu zn. lub umiar. r wyz. równiez dla op.
