Accueil, orientation, accompagnement individuel des participants du PLIE de Bordeaux résidant sur Bordeaux à la mise en oeuvre de leurs parcours d'insertion professionnelle. Cet accompagnement des participants du PLIE s'appuiera sur une complémentarité avec le droit commun, l'utilisation optimale des outils existants, une gestion dynamique des accompagnements (durée de l'accompagnement, alternance de travail individuel et collectif, mobilisation cadencée d'étapes de parcours...) Les points clés de l'accompagnement: \- Un poste de référent unique à temps plein, \- Un accompagnement de proximité au sein des locaux de l'AFEC et ou sur un autre lieu sur la commune de bordeaux au regard des publics à accompagner \- La prise en compte globale de la personne dans sa singularité et dans sa globalité et l'individualisation de l'accompagnement, \- La coordination, la mise en cohérence avec les autres organismes intervenant dans l'accompagnement des bénéficiaires, \- La mise en oeuvre d'un parcours d'insertion par la formalisation et la traçabilité des étapes de parcours, \- La mise en relation directe avec les entreprises et des propositions d'emploi.
