These 5 % mainly correspond to DELD (long-term job seeker) or very long-term jobseeker DETLD, but also beneficiaries of social minimas, over 50 years old, the public from priority neighbourhoods, all those who meet the criteria for entry to the PLIE and which require enhanced support. The distribution of the 4 full-time equivalent referents meets this objective. The volume of support is defined in the light of the needs of the PLIE territory of the sources. In the area of the source PLIE, the route referents are spread over 2 different territories: * 3 route referents in the municipality of PESSAC (3 ETP). This volume is consistent with the number of jobseekers in the ABC category (4920). The 3 route referents installed in Pessac are distinguished by their connection to their original structure. Indeed, the 3 referents depend on different structures: * Employment directorate of the city of Pessac, * Social Centre Saige * Association for the management of the PLIE of sources. * 1 route reference on the community of Jalles water Bourde communes (1 FTE). This volume is consistent with the number of jobseekers in Cestas and Canéjan in the ABC category (1314) The added value of this organisation is the contribution of information, complementarity of skills and cross-views of each referent, through its structure, towards the collective. This diversity promotes the proper diagnosis of participants’ situations. **_The missions of the career referent:_** It is his or her mission to accompany the participants integrated into the PLIE until sustainable employment or validated qualification training. It is the guarantor of the coherence of the integration pathway. It occupies a central position in the device: it is at the heart of the relations between participants, the insertion operators mobilised, the training centres, the employer relations officer and the PLIE project manager. On this operation, there will be 2 route referents that will intervene in 2 different territories: * 1 route referent for 1 FTE, in the municipality of PESSAC, located at the employment service of the municipality of PESSAC * 1 route referent, for 1 FTE, on the community of communes Jalle water bourde installed at the incubator Bordeaux Productic de Cestas Each route referent is 100 % assigned to the operation. L'accompagnement des demandeurs d'emploi par le PLIE des sources, correspond à 5% du nombre total des demandeurs d'emploi de catégorie ABC. Ces 5%, correspondent principalement aux DELD (demandeur d’emploi longue durée) ou DETLD demandeur d’emploi très longue durée), mais également les bénéficiaires de minimas sociaux, les plus de 50 ans, les publics issus des quartiers prioritaires, tous les publics répondant aux critères d'entrées au PLIE et qui nécessite un accompagnement renforcé. La répartition des 4 postes de référents équivalents temps plein répond à cet objectif. Le volume d'accompagnement est défini au regard des besoins du territoire du PLIE des sources. Sur le territoire du PLIE des sources, les référents de parcours sont répartis sur 2 territoires distincts : * 3 référents de parcours sur la commune de PESSAC (3 ETP). Ce volume est cohérent vis-à-vis du nombre de demandeurs d’emploi pessacais de catégorie ABC (4920). Les 3 référents de parcours installés à Pessac, se différencie par le rattachement à leur structure d'origine. En effet les 3 référents dépendent de structures différentes : * Direction emploi de la ville de Pessac, * Centre social Saige * Association pour la gestion du PLIE des sources. * 1 référent de parcours sur la communauté de communes Jalles eau Bourde (1 ETP). Ce volume est cohérent vis-à-vis du nombre de demandeurs d’emploi de Cestas et Canéjan de catégorie ABC (1314) La plus-value de cette organisation est l'apport d’informations, de complémentarité des compétences et de regards croisés de chaque référent, à travers sa structure, en direction du collectif. Cette diversité favorise les bons diagnostics des situations des participants. **_Les missions du référent de parcours :_** Il ou Elle a pour mission d'accompagner jusqu'à l'emploi durable ou la formation qualifiante validée, les participants intégrés dans le PLIE. Il est le garant de la cohérence du parcours d'insertion. Il occupe une position centrale dans le dispositif : il est au cœur des relations entre les participants, les opérateurs d'insertion mobilisés, les centres de formation, la chargée de relations employeurs et la chargée de projet du PLIE. Sur cette opération, il y aura 2 référents de parcours qui interviendront sur 2 territoires différents : * 1 référent de parcours pour 1 ETP, sur la commune de PESSAC, localisé au service emploi de la commune de PESSAC * 1 référent de parcours, pour 1 ETP, sur la communauté de communes Jalle eau bourde installé à la pépinière entreprise Bordeaux Productic de Cestas Chaque référent de parcours est affecté à 100% à l'opération.
