The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of the education system in the municipality of Nisko, by extending and converting part of the building of the Primary School in Przyjęku to a gym with sanitary facilities together with classroom equipment. The specific objectives of the project are to: To improve the quality of life by facilitating access to education institutions, by improving access to educational institutions in the municipality of Niwiska — Przyłęk, — to create the possibility of preventing ‘educational degradation’ in the municipality of Niwiska — creating the conditions for the development of social capital through investment in education; — improving access to, and the provision of, learning opportunities through investment in educational infrastructure; Increase the standard of living of the population by providing a high quality learning offer. Material scope of the Project: Expansion and reconstruction of a building under a gym with sanitary facilities Purchase of ITC equipment and materials for the installation of photovoltaic panels. The project shall safeguard the interests of third parties and shall not have the effect of: — restrictions on access to the public road to the owners of neighbouring land parcels, depriving them of the flow of natural lighting up to the premises used for human residence; The loss of capacity and use of water, sewage, electricity and nuisance through noise, vibration, electrical interference, radiation — air, water and land — does not limit the building on neighbouring plots. Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności i podniesienie jakości systemu edukacji w Gminie Niwiska poprzez rozbudowę i przebudowę części budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Przyłęku pod salę gimnastyczną z zapleczem sanitarnym wraz z wyposażeniem klasopracowni. Cele szczegółowe Projektu to: -podniesienie jakości życia społecznego, poprzez ułatwienie dostępu do instytucji edukacji, -poszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej w Gminie Niwiska – Przyłęk, - stworzenie możliwości przeciwdziałania „edukacyjnej degradacji” w gminie Niwiska, - tworzenie warunków do rozwoju kapitału społecznego poprzez inwestycje w edukację; - poprawa dostępu i rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę edukacyjną; - podniesienie poziomu życia ludności poprzez zapewnienie wysokiej jakości oferty edukacyjnej. Zakres rzeczowy Projektu: Rozbudowa i przebudowa budynku pod salę gimnastyczną z zapleczem sanitarnym Zakup wyposażenia ITC i materiałów dydaktycznych montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych Po zakończeniu rzeczowej realizacji projektu zaoferowane zostaną zajęcia nie tylko z przedmiotów, których uczy się w klasopracowniach ale także o zajęcia w wychowania fizycznego na nowo powstałej sali gimnastycznej. Projekt zabezpiecza interesy osób trzecich i nie powoduje: -ograniczenia dostępu do drogi publicznej właścicielom działek sąsiednich -pozbawienia dopływu oświetlenia naturalnego do pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na pobyt ludzi; -pozbawienia możliwości i korzystania z wody, kanalizacji, energii elektrycznej oraz środków łączności -uciążliwości wywołanej przez hałas, wibracje, zakłócenia elektryczne, promieniowanie -zanieczyszczenia powietrza, wody i gruntów - nie ogranicza zabudowy na działkach sąsiednich.
