The action consists of the reception, support and follow-up of PLIE members. The participants are welcomed by qualified professional integration advisers, employees of Gennevilliers Insertion. The objective of the action is to welcome and accompany, after approval by the PLIE operational office, persons seeking employment who benefit from the social minimum, inactivity and/or major social difficulties at the time of their integration into the PLIE Each person in the reception phase may be received several times in order to carry out a relevant diagnosis and develop a coherent pathway to be presented to the Operational Office (OOP). The task of the referent will then be to coordinate the monitoring and manage the path stages of the beneficiaries of the PLIE, to inform the beneficiaries of the actions carried out in the territory in connection with his project, to guide the beneficiaries on the actions proposed by the PLIE, its operators and its partners, and finally to ensure sustainable monitoring in employment. The referent guarantees the correct input of the Visual Course software and makes sure to know the number of beneficiaries in the active queue and the stage in which they are located. The referee is also guarantor of compliance with the procedures related to the ESF grant: eligibility of participants, supporting documents for the support provided, posting of publicity on all administrative documents... He/she informs his colleagues about the specific services available to people on the journey and the places available, the possibility of entering or leaving the scheme, the dates of commission of the ad hoc actions proposed by the PLIE. Depending on the current situation, it ensures the dissemination of information, it is the one to which members can turn to all questions relating to the scheme (actions in progress, possibilities of co-financing...) In order to change their professional practices, advisers can be sent to training on the ESF, support or the Visualcourse software or any (English)
