The UNIS VERS le SPORT association was formed in 2001 with the aim of developing education and integration programmes through sport and international solidarity. Since its inception, our association has initiated a series of programmes aimed at young people 7/17 years of age in the territories in social fragility. Through our action over time, we found that a number of young adults, who had attended our programs when they were younger, regularly returned to our teams — with whom they had developed trust — for solicitations related to the questions of guidance, internship research, training... The different demands of these young people were up to now handled by our teams informally and without any real structuring and follow-up. Initially responding to the needs of the young people of the Neuhof-Meinau QPV, the requests began increasingly to flock young people from other QPVs (Hautepierre, Port du Rhin, Elsau, Bischheim, etc.); word of mouth between well-functioning peers. In order to ensure a better quality of response to the various questions and needs of these young people, in view of the difficulties encountered by some who had dropped out of school and found themselves without a socio-professional project, our association wishes to complete its mission of accompanying young people by developing a support system towards socio-professional integration with the help of local operational and institutional partners (partner associations, CSC, E2C, public employment services, CGET, etc.). This new initiative is structured around three fundamental axes in response to the above mentioned findings: 1\. Encourage young people to remobilise and secure their involvement in the support offered through attractive and rewarding activities. 2\. Involve young people in a process of co-building future prospects by allowing them to be actors who operate and take decisions. 3\. Promote skills development and better preparation for working life. The “Ose Ton futur” programme was therefore officially launched in January 2018 on a first experimental phase. It allowed a first accompaniment of 6 young people over a period of 6 months from January to June 2018. He then had a second phase with the support of 8 young people over a period of 9 months from October 2018 to June 2019. To better structure and organise our offer on the one hand, and for optimal support to this audience, an employee of the association was put into training CEFI (Employment Advisor Training Insertion) in September 2018 until June 2019. Now, with the skills we have in the socio-professional integration structure, we want to continue our efforts and aim to support some 15 young people over the years 2019/2020, and then another (or even more) by 2020/2021.
