This project takes the form of intensive support for young people towards and in employment until integration into a company or in training is consolidated. This accompaniment is implemented by an advisor dedicated to coaching. This accompaniment takes place in the following phases: * The detection of candidates for accompaniment; * Diagnosis; * The job review, the job search strategy and the definition of the action plan; * The implementation of the action plan; Monitoring in employment or training. The dedicated advisor will be able to modulate these phases and their content according to the needs of each jobseeker followed as part of the support. This intensive accompaniment will be mainly individualised, with collective phases, and of a maximum duration of 6 months. Ce projet prend la forme d'un accompagnement intensif des jeunes vers et dans l'emploi jusqu'à la consolidation de l'intégration en entreprise ou en formation. Cet accompagnement est mis en oeuvre par un conseiller dédié à l'accompagnement . Cet accompagnement se déroule selon les phases suivantes : * La détection des candidats à l'accompagnement ; * Le diagnostic ; * Le bilan professionnel, la stratégie de recherche d'emploi et la définition du plan d'action ; * La mise en œuvre du plan d'action ; Le suivi dans l'emploi ou la formation. Le conseiller dédié pourra moduler ces phases et leur contenu en fonction du besoin de chaque demandeur d'emploi suivi dans le cadre de l'accompagnement. Cet accompagnement intensif sera principalement individualisé, avec des phases collectives, et d'une durée de 6 mois maximum. La durée peut être prolongée afin de sécuriser la période d'intégration en entreprise ou en ou formation. Cette prolongation ne pourra pas excéder deux mois. (French)
