These are the objectives of the action to unite and mobilise those involved in vocational integration and economic integration to facilitate the return to sustainable employment and access to qualified training for those accompanied. To do this, two PLIE referents are identified on the MJEP structure: Ms Corinne HEUGUE and Ms Delphine JAMART, who accompany the participants in their job search, for a minimum of six months. The courses are negotiated with the person concerned, they enable the development of capacities, their development and their adaptation to the world of work. At the end of 2010, the referer followed a training course in the Method of Supporting and Piloting Pathways of Insertion (MAPPI). A network of partners whose cohesion is reinforced by the signing of agreements and the setting up of monitoring committees is the indispensable link for the return to employment. Among this network, the referent works with local intermediary associations, integration workshops, temporary integration work enterprises, associations, training organisations and enterprises (vocational situations). The intervention zone of the MJEP affects the beneficiaries of the former Communities of Artois Flanders and Artois Lys and on the municipalities of Bruaysis: Lozinghem, Auchel, Marles les Mines, Cauchy à la Tour, Calonne Ricouart, Camblain Chatelain, Divion, Ourton, Beugin, Diéval, La Comté, Bajus. The cross-cutting priorities will concern equal opportunities between men and women, taking into account the economic and social context of the district, the situation of the disabled (in conjunction with CAP Employment — ACTIPHE). Support to and in employment will take the form of individual interviews and collective phases: A) _Individual maintenance_ Generally, it is done once a month. The Trainer, or the Referring Trainer, meets with the Beneficiary to: * to establish together actions meeting the objectives defined or to be redefined, * to take stock of previous proposals made during the last interview, * to formalise the objectives to be achieved for the next meeting. A sheet will be drawn up at each meeting on which the referent and the participant will note the actions carried out and commit themselves to the actions to be carried out. When the beneficiary is on a long journey stage (Trainings, ACI, AI, EI, ETTI, etc.), monthly interviews will be suspended or less frequent (but still existing and the reference trainer will be available in case of difficulty in the course). B) _Collective dynamics_ Establishment of joint actions bringing together beneficiaries according to the problems encountered. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
