L’ambition poursuivie est de mieux accompagner les demandeurs d'emploi dans leurs démarches de retour à l’emploi en enrichissant la connaissance que Pôle emploi a de leur situation et de leurs difficultés, afin de leur suggérer des actions personnalisées et pertinentes pour faciliter leur retour à l’emploi. Par ailleurs, ce projet vise également à donner accès aux conseillers à toutes les informations du demandeur d'emploi collectées pour lui permettre d’agir sur un demandeur d'emploi individuellement, ou sur un périmètre de demandeur d'emploi donné : demandeur d'emploi découragés, demandeur d'emploi en situation d’épuisement… Plusieurs facteurs de succès sont identifiés : ***** La capacité à capter l’information, \- Via les informations connues par Pôle emploi (et présentes dans le Système d’Information notamment), \- Via les informations renseignées par le demandeur d’emploi. *La capacité à analyser et utiliser l’information, -Par les conseillers, -Directement par les demandeurs d’emploi via des suggestions. Présentation générale : Voir pièce jointe. **L’actualisation dite enrichie** par le demandeur d’emploi permet de capter les démarches effectuées par ce dernier. Ces dernières alimentent un **Journal de recherche d’emploi** qui partagé par le demandeur d’emploi avec son conseiller lui permet : \- de mieux s’organiser et suivre ses démarches, \- de recevoir de son conseiller des conseils opportuns au bon moment ( **suggestion de services** , analyse de sa recherche…). Le conseiller quant à lui peut aider le demandeur d’emploi à maintenir une dynamique : repérage des décrochages par exemple avec renforcement de l’accompagnement si nécessaire. (French)
