We wish to: * capitalise and value successful experiences and experiments with employers * support the establishment and development of businesses in the territory and develop their social fibre * participate actively in the CSR policy of **** companies * promote diversity and professional equality as a lever of performance for employers. The “Employment of Employers” is made up of four main areas of intervention for businesses and employment-providing entities: * Information resource on hiring aids * Support to Human Resources Management * Diagnostic Previsional Management of Jobs and Skills GPEC * Creation of Innovative Actions The fight against discrimination or “Echos of diversity and equality” is made up of 3 main axes * Promotion of diversity * Awareness of professional equality * Proposal for a Game to have more impact The implementation of this operation will allow: * To propose a Service Hub dedicated to companies and any employment structure, in order to provide them with support and answers in terms of HRM and GPEC * To involve them on employment issues beyond recruitment opportunities * To promote diversity, equality, and the fight against discrimination in their daily practices ADSI Technowest must be able to offer companies a comprehensive service offer to participate, within the framework of the PLIE, in the promotion of equality of opportunity, the fight against discrimination, the equality of women and men in the territory. This operation will also enable the further development of a partnership network of economic actors in order to promote professional integration in the territory concerned, in particular by bringing companies in search of employees closer to job seekers in search of contracts.     Notre projet vise à accroitre le nombre représentant-e-s d'employeurs impliqué-e-s dans l'accompagnement vers l'emploi des personnes très éloignées de l'emploi et de renforcer la qualité et l'efficacité des parcours d'accompagnement : * en suscitant l'intérêt des employeurs dans leur démarche RSE, * en favorisant la mise en situation professionnelle, * en activant si nécessaire l'offre de formation. Nous souhaitons : * capitaliser et valoriser des expériences et expérimentations réussies avec les employeurs * accompagner l'implantation et le développement d'entreprises sur le territoire et développer leur fibre social * participer activement à la politique RSE des **** entreprises * promouvoir la diversité et l'égalité professionnelle comme leviers de performance pour les employeurs. La « Mobilisation des employeurs » est composée de 4 principaux axes d'intervention auprès des entreprises et des entités pourvoyeuses d'emploi : * Ressource d'informations sur les aides à l'embauche * Accompagnement à la Gestion des Ressources Humaines * Diagnostic Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences GPEC * Créations d'actions innovantes La lutte contre les discriminations ou « Échos de la diversité et de l'égalité » est composée de 3 principaux axes * Promotion de la diversité * Sensibilisation à l'Egalité Professionnelle * Proposition d'un Jeu pour avoir plus d'impact La mise en place de cette opération permettra: * De proposer un Pôle de Services dédié aux entreprises et à toute structure employeuse, afin de leur apporter un accompagnement et des réponses en termes de GRH et GPEC * De les impliquer sur les questions d'emploi au-delà des seules opportunités de recrutement * De promouvoir la Diversité, l'Egalité, et la Lutte Contre les Discriminations dans leurs pratiques quotidiennes L'ADSI Technowest doit ainsi pouvoir proposer aux entreprises une offre de services complète pour participer, dans le cadre du PLIE, à la promotion de l'Egalité des Chances, la Lutte contre les Discriminations, l'Egalité Femmes /Hommes sur le territoire. Cette opération permettra également de continuer à développer un réseau partenarial d'acteurs et d'actrices économiques pour favoriser l'insertion professionnelle sur le territoire concerné notamment en rapprochant les entreprises en recherche de salarié-e-s des demandeur-euse-s d'emploi en recherche de contrats.
