The Local Mission wishes to develop economic activities (employment, creation) that take into account the characteristics of the young people targeted. These young people will be looking for a so-called ‘classical’ job, usually long-term; alternating contracts (learning or professionalisation) will also be sought. For all the actions implemented, it will be integrated that: * Young people ignore the realities of the company and do not have “codes”; they have difficulty integrating local businesses. For many of them, qualification and alternating contracts are a lever for sustainable inclusion; * Companies are reluctant to recruit young people. Young people appear to be unproductive, and not versatile. In addition, companies have difficulties in establishing a forward-looking management of jobs and skills. * Activity creation is accessible to young people, even the least graduates. To sum up, the links between start-ups in the broad sense need to be further strengthened because: * businesses find it difficult to link the skills they are looking for (when these skills are appointed) to the skills acquired by young people; * young people find it difficult to project themselves into a company on certain trades, or to aim for creation The operation will be divided into two actions: \- an action to support people: individual interviews, workshops, company visits,... \- an action to support structures: link with the company, animation of the employment area called “Keravel space”, special events implemented.
