The project planned to be carried out by the Municipality of Czyma will consist of the redevelopment of the building of the rural community in Sestokai and the opening of the daily house of aid. The project also involves the purchase of equipment necessary for dependent, dependent/dependent persons. It includes, inter alia, furniture, kitchen equipment, rehabilitation, TV, computer, multimedia projection and projection screen. The extension works to the existing building of the new part as a result of which the whole will be placed in a rectangle. The current rooftop of the roof will be collected and a new flavired envelope will be created. As regards the reconstruction, it will consist of the following elements: new window and door openings in existing walls, new partitions, as well as new rib stairways. Thanks to the project, the building will undergo energy modernisation: the ceiling will be fed to the mineral wool, energy efficient internal lighting will be carried out, a high efficiency gas boiler will be installed. The project provides for the execution of electrical, gas, sewage and sewage systems as well as for water. It is expected that the facility will take up the care of up to 12 people. The main activity of the aid home will be to: • satisfaction of subsistence needs by providing food; • the following offers: cultural and educational activation, social activation, recreation and care. Projekt planowany do realizacji przez Gminę Czyże polegać będzie na przebudowie wraz z rozbudową budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Szostakowie i otwarciu w nim dziennego domu pomocy. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zaplanowano również zakup wyposażenia niezbędnego do pobytu osób starszych, niesamodzielnych/zależnych. Obejmuje on m.in. meble, sprzęt kuchenny, rehabilitacyjny, telewizor, komputer, rzutnik multimedialny oraz ekran projekcyjny. Z rozbudową obiektu wiąże się dobudowa do istniejącego budynku nowej części w wyniku czego całość uzyska formę prostokąta. Dotychczasowa więźba dachowa zostanie rozebrana a w jej miejscu powstanie nowa o ustroju kopertowym krokwiowo-płatwiowym. Jeśli chodzi o przebudowę polegać ona będzie na wykonaniu następujących elementów: nowych otworów okiennych i drzwiowych w istniejących ścianach, nowych ścianek działowych, a także nowych żelbetowych schodów wejściowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu budynek zostanie poddany modernizacji energetycznej: strop zostanie docieplony wełną mineralną, wykonane zostanie energooszczędne oświetlenie wewnętrzne, zostanie zainstalowany kocioł na gaz o wysokiej sprawności. W ramach przedsięwzięcia przewidziano wykonanie instalacji c.o., elektrycznej, gazowej, kanalizacyjnej, a także c.w.u.. Przewiduje się, iż placówka obejmie opieką maksymalnie 12 osób. Działalność dziennego domu pomocy będzie polegała przede wszystkim na: • zaspokojeniu potrzeb bytowych poprzez zapewnienie wyżywienia; • realizacji następujących ofert: kulturalnej i edukacyjnej, aktywizacji społecznej, rekreacyjnej i opiekuńczej.
