In 2019, we requested additional posts, 39.15 FTEs were granted to us. In order to carry out the project, the tasks of the technical manager and those of the socio-professional accompaniment are essential and are defined as follows: __** ‘management at the workstation’: Social inclusion**__ 1- By access to autonomy in socio-professional approaches, 2- By regaining self-confidence and recognition, 3- By reappropriation of the benchmarks inherent in social and professional integration, 4- By individual support through evaluation in terms of revitalisation, information and guidance. **__Professional Insertion__** 1- Through the development of skills mobilised in connection with the professional project, 2- By helping the emergence and structuring of the professional project, 3- By qualification in trades, 4- By remobilisation and validation of the professional project, 5- Linking with potential employers 6- Place employees in training on training adapted to their needs and the local labour market. The accompaniment is thus declined through these different phases. The accompanying devices mobilised can be carried out both individually and collectively. (English)

    L'opération correspond à l'intervention de 7 chantiers d'insertion sur le département de la somme. Notre public est accueilli dans différentes équipes encadrées et accompagnées tout au long de leur contrat de travail. Notre convention avec la DIRECCTE qui nous octroie le nombre de poste représente 34.8 ETP sur 2018. Chaque salarié réalise en moyenne 20 heures de travail hebdomadaire. En 2019, nous avons demandé l'octroi de postes supplémentaires, 39.15 ETP nous a été octroyés. Pour mener à bien le projet, les missions de l'encadrant technique et celles de l'accompagnateur socioprofessionnel sont primordiales et se définissent ainsi : __**"Encadrement au poste de travail" : Insertion sociale**__ 1- Par l'accès à l'autonomie dans les démarches socioprofessionnelles, 2- Par la reprise de confiance en soi et la reconnaissance, 3- Par la réappropriation des repères inhérents à l'insertion sociale et professionnelle, 4- Par l'accompagnement de façon individuelle à travers l'évaluation en terme de redynamisation, d'information et d'orientation. **__Insertion professionnel__** 1- Par la valorisation des compétences mobilisées en lien avec le projet professionnel, 2- Par l'aide à l'émergence et à la structuration du projet professionnel, 3- Par la qualification dans les métiers, 4- Par la remobilisation et la validation du projet professionnel, 5- Mise en relation avec les employeurs potentiels 6- Placer les salariés en formation sur des formations adaptées à leurs besoins et au marché local de l'emploi.
