The enhanced support mobilises different means and levers according to the participants and the progress of their project: an individual relationship, collective times internal to the structure and mobilisation of external steps. **_Reception within IER_**: Diagnosis and contractualisation Individual prior interview (1 or 2 depending on the person and the work done upstream with the participant). This interview allows for a shared pre-diagnosis. If the problems identified justify a reinforced support proposal, then the method and means used in IER support are explained to the person. The importance of his voluntary commitment to this approach is underlined. His rights and duties and those of the referent are set out. The participant is also informed of the commitment to Europe’s role and European funding to promote its professional integration through this scheme. The different IER steps and opportunities (transport, childcare, etc.) are presented. If the person wishes to engage in the co-construction of his/her integration pathway, the signature of a contract of employment is proposed to him/her. _Support_ Activation of the insertion pathway: The IER referent maintains frequent contacts with the accompanying person. The referent relies on individual interviews or contacts by email or telephone. Individual interviews allow us to reflect on and put in place a strategy that aims at sustainable professional integration while working on the removal of peripheral barriers to employment. We provide support through a comprehensive care of the person, taking into account his/her life project and his/her professional project. We ensure that all people are welcomed by combating all forms of discrimination (21 discrimination criteria), including equal opportunities for men and women. The frequency and nature of contacts vary depending on the progress of the journey and the people. There will be more individual encounters at the beginning of the journey or at difficult times, in order to create or maintain a real dynamic; more contact by phone and email when the person is in progress or the project is well defined. An average of an appointment every 15 days is proposed. Throughout the course, a regular evaluation of the progress of the project is carried out with the participant. An attendance sheet shall be signed by the participant at each interview, which shall specify the start and end time of the interview. The contract of employment: it serves as a reference for the insertion pathway. It is monitored during the individual interviews and its evaluation allows adjustments to the actions implemented where necessary. _**The mobilisation of steps**_ The administrative, legal, material and family situation of the participants in the scheme shall be taken into account as well as its physical and mental health conditions. The issues that can be identified during the interviews are analysed with the participant with regard to their access to employment. The aim is to become aware of what constitutes barriers to employment and to implement measures to lift these barriers. Thus, steps proposed by the operators of the scheme (listed in the action guide) are mobilised, monitored and evaluated regularly. The participant may also propose a step or action identified in the documentation made available. In this case, the referee ensures with the participant that the action identified is consistent with the strategy defined together as well as its relevance at the time of the journey. To the extent possible, the time between two steps will be short in order to retain the person’s engagement. _**Working situation**_ Monitoring of job offers and training of the network (Maison Lyon Pour l’Emploi, in particular) is ensured; the referent builds up a pool of job offers and training, which it regularly feeds through the network of partners. In the context of a proposal for a working situation, the referent shall ensure with the participant the consistency and relevance of the tender in relation to the pathway: * the referent proposes the offers to the participants corresponding to the desired profile. * the referee supports and supports job offers identified by the participant (provision of network offers). * the referent checks with the participant the suitability of the CV and of the motivation letter with the job sheet corresponding to the application, propose adjustments if necessary. * the referent drafts and sends the documents necessary for the positioning of the candidate (link sheet, IAE file, etc.).
