It is an individual and collective support whose aim is to initiate a dynamic aimed at reducing the peripheral barriers to social and occupational integration. Our project proposes a pedagogical progress in three main stages: \- The first will be devoted to the well-being of the person as a trigger for a personal project dynamic, in order to regain confidence and arouse the desire to do. 1 to 2 individual interviews, in the “Remobilisation Space” premises, will lead to progress in integration into actions adapted to the individual’s situation. \- The second will be to better know his environment and his rights and duties. Collective time will be the majority to benefit from group dynamics, and engage in concrete achievements on the basis of the proposed workshops. \- The third step will be to accompany people in a project process. Outings and registrations, even on a trial basis, will allow people to open themselves outwards and, at the end of the six months, to engage in cultural or leisure activities, in order to begin a pathway of social integration. Il s'agit d'un accompagnement individuel et collectif dont l'objectif est d'enclencher une dynamique visant à réduire les freins périphériques à l'insertion sociale et professionnelle. Notre projet propose une progression pédagogique sur trois grandes étapes : \- La première sera consacrée au bien-être de la personne comme déclencheur d’une dynamique de projet personnel, afin de reprendre confiance et susciter l’envie de faire. 1 à 2 entretiens individuels, dans le local de « l’Espace Remobilisation », aboutiront sur une progression d’intégration dans des actions adaptées à la situation de la personne. \- La seconde consistera à mieux connaître son environnement et ses droits et devoirs. Le temps collectif sera majoritaire pour bénéficier d’une dynamique de groupe, et s’engager dans des réalisations concrètes sur la base des ateliers proposés. \- La troisième étape consistera à accompagner les personnes dans une démarche de projet Les sorties et inscriptions, même à titre d’essai, permettront aux personnes de s’ouvrir vers l’extérieur et de s’engager, au terme des six mois, dans des activités à caractère culturel ou de loisirs, afin d’amorcer un parcours d’insertion sociale. Une synthèse du parcours sera réalisée, en collaboration avec le / la référent-e social-e au terme des six mois. (French)
