The project consists of a tailor-made activation scheme for the participant/participant of an animation programme composed of elements such as: needs analysis and construction of IPD (mandatory), group and individual occupational guidance, placement, counselling, image counselling, professional courses leading to a formal confirmation of acquired qualifications, (compulsory). Support will be tailored to the needs of the target group and for this purpose reimbursement of travel expenses, care of dependent persons will be foreseen. As a result of the project, at least 40 participants will change their status to working persons, while all UP will improve employment opportunities, thanks to new/updated knowledge, qualifications and experience. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 90 os. bezrobotnych (69K i 21M), w tym os. o niskich kwalifikacjach (28K;21M) w wieku powyżej 29 lat, zamiesz. woj. podkarpackie. Gr. docelowa to 90 os. bezrobotnych (69K i 21M), w tym os.o niskich kwalifikacjach (28K;21M) w wieku powyżej 29 lat, zamiesz.(w rozum. KC) woj. podkarpackie. Gr. docel. to os., które pozost. bez pracy, mają utrudn. dostęp do zatrudn. Realizacja projektu polega na przeprowadzeniu dopasowanego do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestnika/uczestniczki programu aktywizacji złożonego z takich elementów jak: analiza potrzeb i zbudowanie IPD (obligatoryjnie), poradnictwo zawodowe grupowe i indywidualne, pośrednictwo pracy, wsparcie psychologa, doradztwo w zakresie wizerunku, kursy zawodowe kończące się formalnym potwierdzeniem nabytych kwalifikacji, staże (obligatoryjnie). Wsparcie będzie dostosowane do potrzeb grupy docelowej i w tym celu przewidziano zwroty kosztów dojazdu, opiekę nad osobami zależnymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu co najmniej 40 uczestników zmieni status na osoby pracujące, natomiast wszyscy UP zwiększą możliwości zatrudnienia, dzięki posiadaniu nowej/zaktualizowanej wiedzy, kwalifikacji oraz doświadczenia.
