The operation consists of carrying out career paths for the public eligible for the scheme. The action “accompanying audiences over 26 years of age” concerns the completion of a career pathway for adults over 26 years of age through the support provided by 6 PLIE paths. They will each accompany a maximum active queue of 90 participants. Integration pathways aim to increase the employability of the participant while reducing peripheral barriers to employment. The referents will ensure the SAS period at the entrance to the PLIE, position their participants on the different stages of the course, relying in particular on the actions of the programming, carry out the follow-up of these steps in order to lift the peripheral brakes and thus avoid breaks in the course, at the end of the course PLIE they will position the participants on job offers, carry out the follow-up in employment or in graduate training until the realisation of the positive exit. The greatest value of this action lies in the proposal of an integrated pathway, taking into account the overall nature of the person, with enhanced support of up to 24 months leading to sustainable or transitional employment (if the PLIE course allows validation of a professional project, or has solved peripheral barriers to employment or enabled autonomy in job search). 500 adults/year will be involved in this operation. the action “coordination of youth pathways” concerns the realisation of integration pathways for 200 young people. The greatest value of the PLIE for young people is the achievement of integration pathways through integration through economic activity (EIA). They are young people who are prematurely out of school who do not want to start training, want to take up a job but do not master company codes, have little or no professional experience. Thus, by the argument that the PLIE brings to the integration yards and rich of 30 ISAEs in the territory, allows these young people to carry out these integration contracts and to carry out complementary stages (qualification, job search workshop...) until the occupation of a permanent or transitional employment under ordinary law (if however the PLIE course allows to validate a professional project, or has solved the peripheral barriers to employment or allowed autonomy in job search). The coordination of the arrangements to the local mission makes it possible to bring the needs of the EIA closer to the young people of the PLIE, to coordinate the integration paths by relying on the advisers responsible for their support (meeting facilitation, SIAER visit, dissemination of offers).
