La coordination des parcours se réalise par la gestion des demandes d'entrée et de sorties des participants, la réalisation de points réguliers avec les référents sur les participants suivis, l'animation de comités techniques pour le suivi des parcours, des points réguliers avec la personne en charge de la coordination des parcours jeunes vers l’IAE, l'organisation et mise en œuvre des clubs de l'emploi et des ateliers du changement pour les participants PLIE : mobilisation du public par des informations collectives, participation au démarrage de l'action et au bilan, échange avec les participants PLIE, suivi des actions (visites sur place, participation au comité de suivi et aux bilans : rencontre des participants), l' animation de réunion auprès des partenaires, la communication sur le dispositif auprès des partenaires. Le placement emploi s'effectue par la constitution d'une cohorte de participants PLIE prêts à l’emploi en lien avec les référents PLIE et le chargé de mission parcours, l'identification des métiers recherchés et le parcours mis en œuvre, la Prospection des offres d’emploi et le positionnement des personnes de la cohorte,, l'alimentation des réseaux du PLIE (référents et structures d’insertion) et les personnes de la cohorte sur les actualités recrutement, le développement des actions d’adaptation aux postes de travail afin de favoriser l'accès à l'emploi, le suivi du processus de recrutement, la promotion des profils des personnes PLIE auprès des entreprises, elle assurera le suivi des personnes positionnées dans la Clauses d'insertion.
