Celem głównym projektu jest: wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia 230 uczestników projektu zamieszkujących woj. podkarpackie poprzez wyposażenie ich w kwalifikacje oraz doświadczenie zawodowe do 31.08.2020 r. Cele szczegółowe: - nabycie aktualnych kwalifikacji zawodowych dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku pracy przez 230 uczestników do 31.08.2020r, - uzyskanie wiedzy z zakresu aktywnego poruszania się po rynku pracy przez 230 uczestników projektu do 31.08.2020r. - zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 230 uczestników do 31.08.2020r., Główne rezultaty: -Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie - 138, - Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - Liczba osób długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w programie - 12 - Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej ogółem - 132, -Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - Liczba osób długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w programie - 12 - Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie - 190 Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), zamieszkujące na obszarze woj. podkarpackiego (zgodnie z KC) pozostające poza rynkiem pracy tj. osoby bezrobotne (OB), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: - kobiety - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (ONK) - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne Zadania: 1.
