The main aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities [in the period 01.12.2017-30.06.2019] of the target audience of 80 persons (44K, 36M) of the unemployed over the age of 29 from the “Podkarpackie” (resident within the meaning of the CC in the area of project implementation, i.e. in districts: Apple, Bieszczadzki, Połzowskiego, Brzeszadzowski, Zęczady, Lubaczowski, kolbuszowski, aged or over), including at least 16 (9K, 7M) of farmers and members of their families with individual agricultural holdings, up to 2 hectares of farming, belonging to one or more of the following groups: — persons from 50j (11K, 9M) — long-term unemployed (26K, 22M) — women (44K) — disabled persons (3K, 3M) — low skilled (22K, 18M), including 16K (10K, 6M), unemployed parents/legal guardians with at least 3 children under 18 years old. The project will pursue the implementation of a comprehensive but at the same time, individualised support (in the framework of 5 substantive tasks) with a focus on lasting improvements to the social and labour force of the UP, including: Identification of the needs of the UP and the development/update of IPDs — collective occupational guidance in the form of a workshop — training to improve professional skills — traineeships — job placement. The main results to be achieved within the project include: — to work after leaving the programme (including self-employed workers) by at least 37.5 % of the PA — to work at least 37.5 % of persons leaving agriculture — getting a minimum qualification of 50 % UP — achieving employment performance indicators at the level of min.43 % for people aged 50 and over; 43 % for persons with disabilities; 40 % for the long-term unemployed; 48 % for the low-skilled and 49 % for women. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia [w okresie 01.12.2017-30.06.2019] osób z grupy docelowej, którą stanowi 80 osób(44K,36M) bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia z woj.podkarpackiego (zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze realizacji projektu tj. na terenie powiatów: jasielskiego, strzyżowskiego, brzozowskiego, przemyskiego ziemskiego, leskiego, bieszczadzkiego, niżańskiego, lubaczowskiego, kolbuszowskiego, leżajskiego lub przeworskiego), w tym minimum 16(9K,7M) rolników i członków ich rodzin prowadzących indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do 2ha zamierzających odejść z rolnictwa, należących do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: - osoby od 50 r.ż(11K,9M) - os.długotrwale bezrobotne(26K,22M) - kobiety(44K) - os.niepełnosprawne(3K,3M) - os. o niskich kwalifikacjach (22K,18M), w tym min.16 (10K,6M) bezrobotnych rodziców/opiekunów prawnych posiadających co najmniej 3 dzieci w wieku do 18.r.ż. Projekt zakłada realizację kompleksowego, ale jednocześnie zindywidualizowanego wsparcia (w ramach 5 zadań merytorycznych) ukierunkowanego na trwałą poprawę syt. społeczno-zawodowej UP, obejmującego: - identyfikację potrzeb UP i opracowanie/aktualizację IPD - grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe w formie warsztatów - szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje zawodowe - staże - pośrednictwo pracy. Główne rezultaty planowane do osiągnięcia w ramach projektu to m.in.: - podjęcie pracy po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) przez min. 37,5% UP - podjęcie pracy przez min. 37,5% osób odchodzących z rolnictwa - uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min. 50% UP - osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min.43% dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej; 43% dla osób niepełnosprawnych; 40% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 48% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i 49% dla kobiet.
