La mise en oeuvre de l'assistance technique dans le cadre du Plan Local pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi Nice Côte d'Azur consiste à : 1/ Préparer, animer, gérer et suivre la convention de subvention globale à savoir : * conception, mise à jour et diffusion d'outils de gestion * élaboration de système d'information et de suivi * aide au montage administratif et financier des dossiers conformément aux règlements européens * appui méthodologique : réalisation d'études, élaboration de guide méthodologique * animation, information et sensibilisation sur les potentialités offertes par le programme opérationnel en terme de financement : type d'opérations, participants éligibles, conditions d'accès au financement? * appui au porteur de projet pour le montage administratif et financier du dossier. 2/ Evaluer le Plan Local pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi Nice Côte d'Azur, * informer, communiquer, sensibiliser et échanger sur les bonnes pratiques. 3/ Effectuer les contrôles : * Contrôles de service fait * Contrôles des opérations * Contrôle qualité gestion Le suivi de la programmation constitue un enjeu clé s'agissant tant des données financières que des résultats obtenus.
