Aide remboursable de 300 à 3000 € à une personne en difficulté afin de financer un projet visant à faciliter son insertion sociale ou professionnelle... mais qui doit avoir la capacité de remboursement. Les étapes de l'accompagnement sont : 1. accueil et écoute des personnes et ouverture d'un dossier systématiquement 2. demande de pièces diverses : carte identité, justificatif de domicile, montant des revenus.... 3. étude de la faisabilité, prise de contact avec les banque partenaires qui feront des recherches plus approfondies ; échange avec les partenaires du MCPG ainsi qu'avec les prescripteurs. 4. montage du dossier 5. présentation au comité de crédit qui est souverain et valide ou non le crédit demandé. 6. montage du dossier spécifique pour la banque qui validera à son tour la demande et engagera le montant demandé et décaissera les fonds, la plupart du temps, directement au prestataire sur devis/facture. Suivi des dossiers en corrélation avec la banque. A noter que nous rencontrons des difficultés dues au secret bancaire d'une part et au changement possible de coordonnées de ces demandeurs. Parfois, nous trouvons d'autres solutions au travers de notre réseau : ex : une machine à laver peut se trouver chez Emmaus avec qui nous sommes partenaires. (French)

Feasibility study, contacting partner banks for further research; exchange with MCPG partners and prescribers. 4. Set-up 5. Submission to the credit committee that is sovereign and valid or not the credit requested. 6. Assembling the specific file for the bank, which in turn will validate the request and commit the requested amount and will disburse the funds, most of the time, directly to the service provider on quotation/invoice. Follow-up of files in correlation with the bank. It should be noted that we face difficulties due to bank secrecy on the one hand and the possible change of contact details of these applicants. Sometimes we find other solutions through our network: e.g.: a washing machine can be found at Emmaus with whom we are partners. (English)
