    Pour mener à bien ce projet d'accompagnement des jeunes de - 26 ans vers l'employabilité ou la création d'entreprise, une chargée d'affaire a été missionnée à 100 % sur ce dispositif et a mis tous les moyens en sa possession au service de ce public : * organisation de permanences pôle emploi du Département, * organisation de permanences dans les missions locales du Département (Châteauroux/Issoudun/ Le Blanc - Argenton-La Châtre) * organisation de permanences dans les divers quartiers de la ville (ZUP Saint Jean/ Beaulieu, les maisons de quartiers) * présence dans les centres sociaux, le CIDFF, * présence sur les divers forums associatifs ou non ( création d'entreprise par exemple) * rencontre avec les partenaires afin de solliciter leur intervention sur des thématiques choisies que nous allons évoquer. * Focus avec des entreprises telles que les agences d'intérim, les entreprises d'aides aux personnes etc.... environ 50 jeunes vont bénéficier de cet accompagnement. _**organisation :**_ tous ces jeunes seront reçus en réunion collective puis en rendez-vous individuel vu que chaque personne est différente et a des besoins différents : certains peuvent avoir des idées de création d'entreprise, d'autres être complètement" perdu", leur de l'employabilité, et encore plus loin de l(autonomie à créer une entreprise, aussi petite soit-elle. La Chargée d'affaires possède la capacité d'adaptation et doit avoir de la pédagogie et une dose de psychologie pour savoir comment les orienter. * vers des ateliers de tronc commun : confiance en soi... * coaching à l'emploi, * mise en situation réelle d'un entretien d'embauche par exemple * accent mis sur les ateliers informatiques/numériques afin qu'ils puissent avoir les connaissances basiques : mettre son CV en ligne sur le site de pôle emploi, * atelier numérique en individuel suivant niveau de connaissances utiles aux besoin de recherches d'emploi ... * les aider à modifier leur CV * les apprendre à réseauter en les invitant au club des Entrepreneurs de l'Indre ; leur faire rencontrer des gens qui ont réussi, afin de leur inculquer les valeurs de la réussite, à savoir, le courage, la pugnacité.. * faire intervenir l'animateur du Micro crédit social sur la façon de gérer.
