Pour la mise en œuvre de cette opération, n'ayant pas les moyens en interne pour y répondre, le Département a fait appel à des prestataires. Un marché en procédure adaptée a été lancée le 13 fèvrier 2018. Toutes les pièces du marché sont en annexe. L'opération se décompose en 2 actions correspondant aux 2 lots du marchés. Elles sont indépendantes l'une de l'autre puisque chacune cible les besoins d'un territoire donné. * Lot 1 : Prestation d'accompagnement des bénéficiaires du RSA avec des recruteurs potentiels, notamment avec les agences d’intérim sur le territoire de la Maison Départementale de Solidarité (MDS) du Pays des Gaves-Haut Adour, site Pays des Gaves. * Lot 2 : Prestation d'accompagnement des bénéficiaires du RSA avec des recruteurs potentiels, notamment avec les agences d’intérim sur le territoire de la MDS des Coteaux-Lannemezan-Nestes-Barousse. Le contenu de chaque lot est développé plus loin au niveau des fiches action. Chaque action sera coordonnée par un pilote du service Insertion et un professionnel de la MDS ou site concerné. Le pilote sera l’interlocuteur du prestataire pour le suivi global de l’action. Une fiche de prescription, sera utilisée par les référents professionnels ou sociaux et envoyée au prestataire et au pilote de l'action afin d'initier le positionnement sur l'opération. (French)

They are independent of each other because each of them targets the needs of a given territory. * Lot 1: Provision of support to the beneficiaries of the RSA with potential recruiters, in particular with the temporary agencies in the territory of the Departmental House of Solidarity (MDS) of the Pays des Gaves-Haut Adour, site Pays des Gaves. * Lot 2: Provision of support to the beneficiaries of the RSA with potential recruiters, in particular with the temporary agencies in the territory of the MDS des Coteaux-Lannemezan-Nestes-Barousse. The content of each lot is further developed at the level of the action sheets. Each action will be coordinated by a pilot of the Insertion Service and a professional of the MDS or site concerned. The pilot will be the service provider’s interlocutor for the overall follow-up of the action. A prescription sheet will be used by the professional or social referents and sent to the service provider and the action pilot to initiate positioning on the operation. (English)
