It constitutes a global operation for jobseekers which includes the execution of training measures, the carrying out of cross-cutting missions and the remuneration of trainees. The training activities are mainly in the priority sectors identified in the CPRDF (Regional Training Development Plan Contract) validated in 2011 such as: tourism, construction, medical and social health, agriculture, trade and distribution, services and services, agri-food. The operation foresees the implementation of 155 training activities with a view to forming a forecast staff of 1,699 trainees. The training ranges from level V to level III and gives rise to the issue of professional qualifications (TP), certificates of professional competence (CCP) recognised in the national register of professional certification (RNCP), certificates of professional qualification (CQP) or certificates of training. The training package is intended for job seekers and aims to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. In addition to training, trainees are provided with various services, including reception and information, counselling, guidance, recruitment, psychological support during training, accommodation, catering of trainees and follow-up and support for entry into employment. This operation also provides for the possibility for trainees enrolled in training activities, who do not have resources, to receive remuneration in order to cover the various costs incurred in the follow-up of the training. L'opération intitulée « Formation Professionnelle des Adultes 2018 » (FPA 2018) se déroule du 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2018. Elle constitue une opération globale à destination des demandeurs d'emploi qui englobe la réalisation des actions de formation, la réalisation de missions transverses ainsi que la rémunération des stagiaires. Les actions de formation s’inscrivent majoritairement dans les secteurs prioritaires identifiés dans le CPRDF (Contrat de Plan Régional de Développement de la Formation) validé en 2011 tels que : le tourisme, le BTP, le sanitaire médico-social et social, l'agriculture, le commerce et la distribution, le tertiaire et services, l'agroalimentaire. L’opération prévoit la réalisation de 155 actions de formation en vue de former un effectif prévisionnel de 1 699 stagiaires. Les formations vont du niveau V au niveau III et donne lieu à la délivrance de titres professionnels (TP), de certificats de compétence professionnelle (CCP) reconnus au registre national de certification professionnelle (RNCP), de certificats de qualification professionnelle (CQP) ou d'attestations de formation. L’ensemble des formations est destiné aux demandeurs d'emplois et vise à développer leur employabilité et leurs compétences sur le marché du travail. Parallèlement aux actions de formation, les stagiaires bénéficient de prestations diverses dont les missions d'accueil et d'information, de conseil, d'orientation, de recrutement, d'accompagnement psychologique en cours de formation, l'hébergement, la restauration des stagiaires ainsi que le suivi et l'aide à l'insertion en emploi. Cette opération prévoit également la possibilité pour les stagiaires inscrits aux actions de formation, et ne disposant pas de ressources, de bénéficier d’une rémunération afin de prendre en charge les différents frais engendrés par le suivi de la formation.
