Notre action s'organise autour de deux grands thèmes et plusieurs projets opérationnels inscrits dans chacun de ces thèmes. \- Soutien aux SIAE : concrètement il s'agit 1) de favoriser les liens des SIAE avec le tissu économique afin que les entreprises et branches professionnelles comprennent l'intérêt à travailler avec ces acteurs économiques particuliers, notamment pour recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs 2) de sensibiliser/former les permanents des SIAE aux mutations du marché du travail - notamment sa digitalisation - et à la palette des métiers possibles pour les salariés en insertion 3) de leur favoriser l'accès à des fonds privés, Fondations ou fonds de dotation, à du mécénat de compétences ou à des dons matériels des entreprises 4) de les aider opérationnellement à résoudre une difficulté - organisation, formation, réseau, contacts, fourniture de matériels 5) d'apporter des projets innovants susceptibles d'être portés par des SIAE et, ce faisant, de valoriser l'IAE \- Soutien aux salariés des SIAE et jeunes suivis en Missions locales 1) travailler avec les branches professionnelles et les entreprises à des recrutements adaptés aux publics salariés en SIAE 2) Identifier des offres et les préciser pour permettre à des publics peu ou pas qualifiés de répondre en valorisant leurs compétences et aptitudes 3) sourcer des candidats dans les SIAE disposant de pré-requis pour des offres d'emploi et/ou pour des métiers auxquels ils n'auront pas pensé, notamment en développant l'usage de l'interface web élaborée pour le compte de la FEI 4) Faciliter la sortie à l'emploi des salariés des SIAE par des outils nouveaux comme le vidéo-cv, l'e-recommandation \- Réaliser des vidéo-cv Nous développons cet outil dont nous avons montré l'efficacité sur le marché de l'emploi (French)
