Recruitment projects related to economic development will be worked upstream with Ms FRANCOIS, Head of the PLIE of Hericourt.The Business Relations Officer will be responsible for drawing up projects related to the territory: pre-recruitment projects in key sectors and sectors: the conduct of projects requires that the following procedure be followed: \- analyse the context (sectors, workstations, training, necessary prerequisites.....) \- formalise the project (drafting an ACTION fiche) \- target and inform partners (institutional partners and any structure working in the field of inclusion), \- Facilitate and coordinate the PROJECT (Objectives, deadlines and action plan: Steps to be validated) Organise communication and regulate with partners: **Amendment dated 03 July 2018: —** **the aim is also to disseminate the opportunities generated by these projects to the following actors: S I A E of the territory, Communities of Communes (CCPH and CCPV), Pole Emploi, GIP Insertion 70, CAP EMPLOI, Local Training Bodies.**- Evaluate the action at 3/6 months ** Institutional Partners: These pre-recruitment measures must benefit all public in demand for employment: the institutional partners identified are the following:** Departmental Council for the beneficiaries of the RSA, (GIP INSERTION 70) Community of Communes of the Pays d’Hericourt for the public accompanied in the PLIE, Pole Emploi, Youth Public Employment Cap accompanied by the Local Mission. **2018 : Evolution de l’Action Chargé Relations Entreprises vers Un Chargé de Projets (deux axes de travail déclinés dans le Projet°)** **1)** **Réitérer et développer des Actions de Pré Recrutement avec différentes Agences d'Emploi ou Organismes afin de favoriser l'Accès à l 'Emploi :** **Développer, coordonner et piloter des actions de préparation au recrutement dans divers secteurs professionnels à destination d’un public jeune, Demandeur d’emploi , Bénéficiaire du RSA .** Ces actions s'inscrivent dans du Pilotage de PROJETS et doivent trouver leur légitimité dans un partenariat institutionnel et de terrain . Les projets de recrutement en lien avec le développement économique seront travaillés en amont avec Mme FRANCOIS , Responsable du PLIE d'HERICOURT .Le Chargé Relations Entreprises aura pour mission d'élaborer des projets en lien avec le territoire : projets de pré-recrutement dans les filières et secteurs porteurs : la conduite de projets demande de respecter la procédure suivante : \- analyser le contexte ( secteurs, postes de travail , formations, prérequis nécessaires .....) \- formaliser le projet (rédaction d'une fiche ACTION) \- cibler les partenaires et les informer (partenaires institutionnels et toute structure oeuvrant dans le champ de l'insertion), \- Animer et coordonner le PROJET ( Objectifs , délais et plan d'action : Etapes à valider) Organiser la communication et réguler avec les partenaires : **Modification en date du 03 juillet 2018 : -** **Il s'agit aussi de diffuser les opportunités générées par ces projets auprès des acteurs suivants : S I A E du territoire , Communautés de Communes (CCPH et CCPV ), Pole Emploi , GIP Insertion 70, CAP EMPLOI, Organismes de Formation locaux.** \- Evaluer l'action à 3 / 6 mois **Partenaires Institutionnels : Ces actions de pré -recrutement doivent bénéficier à tout public en demande d'Emploi : les partenaires institutionnels identifiés sont les suivants :** Conseil Départemental pour les bénéficiaires du RSA, (GIP INSERTION 70) Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Hericourt pour le public accompagné dans le PLIE , Pole Emploi, Cap Emploi Public Jeune accompagné par la Mission Locale. Les partenaires de terrain seront également informés de ces recrutements (CMS, CCAS, Prévention Spécialisée, Organismes de Formation.....) **Projets proposés : ( Fiches Actions annexées)** * des projets spécifiques (Cariste/ Agent de Production Automobile et Préparateur de Commandes.....) en lien avec les Agences d'Emploi du territoire * Un projet généraliste : Partenariat renforcé avec les Agences de Travail temporaires * des projets qui s'inscriront dans les opportunités économiques du Territoire * un partenariat renforcé avec l'Education Nationale et des actions préparatoires vers une sortie Emploi **Zone géographique :** Territoire de la Mission Locale (CCPH et CCPV), Aire urbaine et plus largement toute zone géographique à proximité de notre zone d'action où des projets de recrutements pourraient intéressés notre public à la recherche d'un emploi. **2) Accompagner une cohorte de Jeunes pour l’Accès à l’emploi selon notre procédure .** La valeur Ajoutée de cet accompagnement permet de s’inscrire dans l’attractivité économique du territoire : la Mission Locale devient un par **tenaire identifié du recrutement** en proposant un **processus de recrutement sécurisé** pour chaque Entreprise ou Chaque Agence d’Emploi. * Evaluation des Savoirs être et savoirs faire de chaque candidat, * Travail sur le CV et les aptitudes professionnelles, * Immersion en entreprise, * Relation tri partite : Candidat/ Employeur/ Chargé Relations Entreprises, * Promotion de la candidature du Jeune vers l’Entreprise. * Négociation d'un contrat dans l'Entreprise ou avec l'Intérim * Suivi dans l'Emploi au démarrage La procédure mise en place permet d'obtenir des résultats : les statistiques 2017 affichent un taux de sortie vers l'Emploi de 75 % : en effet 24 jeunes sont sortis du Portefeuille Chargé Relation Entreprises pour Accès à l'Emploi.
