The 16-25 year old yards aim to prepare these young people for employment. They offer a learning and adaptation time supervised by socio-economic integration professionals. They address the obstacles encountered by these young people and can be articulated to offer a progressive path adapted to the situation of young people. \- the educational or eco-citizens projects supervised by the youth prevention advisers of PAS and/or by a mediation officer from the City of Belfort and by a local mission adviser value the know-being essential for any integration (on-time, teamwork, compliance with instructions...) and allow young people to acquire practical learnings transmitted by the technical supervisor (use of machines and/or tools, basic knowledge of the activity). The social problems of each young person are taken into account and are dealt with individually or during thematic workshops (housing, health...) — the green yards of the Local Mission and the youth yards in the city of Belfort invest the “employment” component by offering young people a lasting experience (3 to 4 weeks) aimed at building their professional project and the outcomes of their journey by linking it with other measures and/or other actions. Supervision is provided by a member of the local mission and by a youth prevention educator/adviser or a technician from the Régie des quartiers de Belfort. If social problems are taken into account, the professional and/or training project remains the main objective of these actions. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
