The monitoring takes place over time, a tool for maturing, of comparing the idea with reality, of readjustments developed in common. Confidentiality allows for free expression and the emergence of the difficulties experienced. It is important to note that throughout the proposed support, work in relation to CIDFF lawyers is carried out according to the issues raised, in order to find the most appropriate answers and to have comprehensive solutions to the difficulties identified. **_4 steps_** 1\. Reception of all beneficiaries with orientation or spontaneous approach Diagnostic of the situation: analysis of the overall situation of the beneficiary — life history — analysis of experiences — working on barriers and problems. Analysis of the demand and needs of the person, proposal for support and co-construction of a social and professional integration pathway within the framework of the PLIE. 2\. Mobilisation of the beneficiary on its integration path — valorisation of its access to autonomy. Importance in the proposed accompaniment that the beneficiary is an actor in his/her career: the aim is to bring to her knowledge the most relevant and appropriate actions best suited to her needs, by explaining the ins and outs so that she can make informed professional choices. Personal assessment & professional to develop and/or confirm a professional project. Analysis of training needs and support in research and training. Accompaniment throughout the training. 3\. Work on Employment Research Techniques, work on image and self-confidence in particular in an interview situation, working in partnership with PLIE’s Corporate Relations Officer. 4\. Support in employment: support until the situation is stabilised, link with CIDFF lawyers for all legal issues (English)
