In the case of employees in CDDI, construction sites have promoted the development of professional skills and the increase of their autonomy. For the catering site, each employee under contract performs the various tasks relating to the brewery, namely: kitchen and preparation of cold and hot meals, room service, diving and maintenance of equipment and premises. A period of immersion in the company makes employees discover the realities of mouth jobs in traditional restaurants, hotels and cafeterias. The employees themselves seek their internship ground and are assisted by the integration counsellor in case of difficulty. During their immersion, they discover other facets of the craft they do in the construction site and for which they are not prepared (work on public holidays, weekends, shifts...) For the sewing, we set up a mobile van in May 2016 which offers ironing and touch-ups “minutes”. The activity of the van is expanding after the station, Longvic, the departmental council. For the sewing site since 1 January 2017, setting up a partnership with UNIDOM21, an association of personal services for a vulnerable public (family, elderly people....) Our project in co-construction with UNIDOM 21, aims to create permanent jobs in our territory by allowing employees in the seam construction site to build their career with the possibility of individualised and progressive immersion time in real employment in the home help situation with a professional mentoring provided by UNIDOM employees. A first course of discovery of the Craft from 2 to 3 days, with several resumptions will be offered: at the end of the immersions, an assessment is made with the AVS (auxiliary of social life), the director of UNIDOM and the CIP. A second two-week immersion course in the trade with tutoring by an AVS is also offered. UNIDOM 21 is interested in welcoming our employees for 3 reasons: * Recruitment * Learning basic knowledge in sewing and ironing and learning to be (absences, delays, behaviour...) * Our employees will integrate UNIDOM by bringing their skills in sewing and ironing to families (woman alone with children....) On the other hand, the low-skilled UNIDOM employees will benefit from training in ironing and sewing (hemlets...) given by the technical manager of the site. Ironing training will be provided once a quarter. (English)

(French)
