    Dans le cadre de la nouvelle action Vers la Vie Active, les objectifs principaux sont les suivants : * Remobiliser des jeunes en rupture dans leur parcours : ruptures scolaires, familiales, sociales… * Les amener vers un projet : projet de vie, projet d’accès au logement, projet d’accès au permis, projet de formation, projet d’accès direct à l’emploi… * Lever les freins à ce ou ces projets par un accompagnement global renforcé Pour y répondre, cinq axes d’action se conjuguent et reposent sur des objectifs ciblés : * Des activités de mise en situation professionnelle permettant de travailler sur la pratique, de se remobiliser et de développer des compétences transversales dans les domaines suivants: cuisine, restauration de petits meubles, bâtiment, espaces verts, maraîchage) * Des savoirs de base contextualisés, avant chaque activité de mise en situation professionnelle entrés surtout sur le français et les mathématiques. * Un module Vie Sociale incluant : * un atelier mobilité pour dépasser ce frein à l’autonomie * un atelier logement pour se préparer à l’accès à un logement autonome * un atelier santé comme action de prévention et d’orientation * un atelier budget pour anticiper ses besoins et apprendre à gérer un budget * Un module découverte de l’entreprise incluant : * La découverte des métiers et les visites d’entreprises * Les stages en milieu professionnel, avec des dates individualisées selon le besoin et quand cela est possible pour le jeune * Un atelier Cadre professionnel pour dépasser les difficultés à se situer dans un cadre de travail: compréhension et intégration des consignes, des horaires, des conditions d'une communication adaptée avec la hiérarchie, les collègues... * Un accompagnement renforcé : entretiens individuels plusieurs fois par semaine, prenant en compte les problématiques sociales particulières pour construire un projet.
