The project ‘Improvement of the quality and availability of medical services for the General Hospital in Wysoki Mazowiecki through renovation and retrofitting of hospital units’ is a comprehensive solution to achieve the objective of improving the quality and availability of medical services. The objective will be pursued through the following tasks: 1. Providing the internal branch with the necessary equipment and infrastructure for patients from disease control/tuberculosis and lung disease (2). Equipping the surgeon — orthopaedics 3. Provision of 4. Providing the rehabilitation centre with a daily rehabilitation centre 5. Rehabilitation and rehabilitation of the rehabilitation centre with the creation of a daily rehabilitation centre All the above tasks relate to the quality and standardisation interventions offered by the General Hospital in Wysoka Mazowieckiego (General Hospital) in Wysoka Mazowieckiego (General Hospital) of medical services on diseases of the spinal/muscle and respiratory systems. Within the framework of the tasks, the construction work and the provision of the equipment are planned in accordance with tool 13 of the Policy Paper for Health Protection (2014-2020). Implementation of the project will allow: — reducing regional disparities in health infrastructure, — improving the standard of equipment and thereby improving the quality of health services, — extending the provision of services through the introduction of new surgical procedures (half-life prosthesis, backbones, including those not in the province): shoulder prosthesis) — the provision of rapid, professional and comprehensive care, emergency care for the inhabitants of the county and other people in need, the implementation of a coordinated model of care, the full consolidation of the tuberculosis division and lung diseases with an internal branch, the increase in the number of patients served at the physiotherapy establishment in the daily system by the creation of a daily rehabi. Planowany do realizacji Projekt „Poprawa jakości i dostępności do usług medycznych dla Szpitala Ogólnego w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem poprzez remont i doposażenie jednostek szpitala” jest kompleksowym rozwiązaniem pozwalającym na realizację celu, jakim jest poprawa jakości i dostępności do usług medycznych. W/w cel będzie realizowany poprzez poniższe zadania: 1. Doposażenie oddziału wewnętrznego w niezbędny sprzęt i infrastrukturę na potrzeby pacjentów z zakresu chorób ukł. odd./poradni gruźlicy i chorób płuc 2. Doposażenie oddziału chirurg.-ortoped. 3. Doposażenie poradni ortopedycznej 4. Doposażenie zakładu rehabilitacji z dziennym ośrodkiem rehabilitacji 5. Remont i adaptacja zakładu rehabilitacji wraz utworzeniem dziennego ośrodka rehabilitacji Wszystkie wyżej wymienione zadania dotyczą interwencji w zakresie jakości i standaryzacji oferowanych przez Szpital Ogólny w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem świadczeń medycznych z zakresu chorób układu kostno-stawowo-mięśniowego oraz chorób układu oddechowego. W ramach w/w zadań planowane są roboty budowlane oraz doposażenie w zakresie zgodnym z narzędziem 13 Policy paper dla ochrony zdrowia na lata 2014-2020. Realizacja Projektu w przedmiotowym zakresie pozwoli na: - ograniczenie regionalnych dysproporcji w infrastrukturze zdrowotnej, - podniesienie standardu wyposażenia, a tym samym poprawę standardu jakości usług medycznych, - rozszerzenie świadczonych usług poprzez wprowadzenie nowych procedur chirurgicznych (połowiczna proteza kolana, operacje na kręgosłupie, w tym nie wykonywanych w województwie: protezy stawu barkowego) - zapewnienie szybkiej, profesjonalnej i kompleksowej, opieki w sytuacjach zagrożenia życia, dla mieszkańców powiatu i innych potrzebujących, - wdrożenie modelu opieki koordynowanej, - pełną konsolidację oddziału gruźlicy i chorób płuc z oddziałem wewnętrznym - zwiększenie liczby pacjentów obsługiwanych w zakładzie fizjoterapii w systemie dziennym poprzez utworzenie dziennego oddziału rehabi (Polish)
