Tout au long du parcours pouvant aller jusqu'à 24 mois pour une majorité du public, chaque salarié (e) bénéficie, de la part de l'équipe d'encadrement, d'un accueil, d'un accompagnement et d'un suivi personnalisé, préparant ainsi son insertion à la vie professionnelle. Ainsi, l'équipe d'encadrement se compose : \- D'une accompagnante socio-professionnelle qui accompagne, au sein de la structure, la personne dans son parcours professionnel, lui apporte une aide à la résolution de ses freins à l'emploi, d'établir des relations aves des partenaires tels que les travailleurs sociaux, Pôle Emploi, les organismes de formation, etc etc..., l'objectif étant de construire le parcours d'insertion avec le ou la salariée en insertion. \- De deux encadrants techniques qui intègrent la personne recrutée au sein de l'équipe de travail, la met en situation d'apprentissage sur chaque poste de travail (parcours pédagogique) et évalue les compétences techniques et transversales durant le parcours. L'équipe d'encadrement travaille collectivement sur le suivi de parcours de formation, sur l'évolution des projets professionnels de chaque salarié (e) durant la durée du contrat de travail. (French)
