“Qualification — Experience — Work — Activation of economically inactive people after the age of 30” responds to the growing problem of inactivity among inactive people after 30. The project aims to mobilise 60 people (36K-24M) who have been inactive in their 30--lives, who have lived in the city of Suwałki, Suwałki, Suwalski, augustowski, sejneński, grajewski or moecki to find employment for a minimum of 30 participants by delivering comprehensive individualised support to XII2020. The project will achieve, inter alia, the following results: 60 will be selected individually, comprehensive support in the form of IPDs, career guidance, job placement, and individual vocational training and/or internships -30 will be available on completion of their participation in proj. The job qualification will be at least 27o.. the target group will be 36K24M inactive since 30, belonging to at least one of the groups: the following tasks will be carried out under the project: 1. Occupational guidance (60 people) — IPD definition for each project participant — individual occupational guidance (sleeping 2h/person) — group occupational guidance — image creation workshops (10groups * 8h) 2). Vocational training (60) — Individual vocational training tailored to the needs and suitability of the project participants, the needs of the employers and the local labour market (R & D). 120 p.m. 4- personal groups) 3. Projekt "Kwalifikacje - Doświadczenie - Praca - aktywizacja zawodowa osób biernych zawodowo po 30 roku życia " jest odpowiedzią na rosnący problem braku aktywności zawodowej wśród osób biernych zawodowo po 30r. życia. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 60 osób (36Ki24M) biernych zawodowow od 30 roku życia, zamieszkujących powiaty m. Suwałki, suwalski, augustowski, sejneński, grajewski lub moniecki, prowadząca do znalezienia zatrudnienia przez min. 30 uczestników poprzez realizację kompleksowego zindywidualizowanego wsparcia do XII2020r. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące rezultaty: -60os. zostanie objętych zindywidualizowanym, kompleksowym wsparciem w postaci IPD, poradnictwa zawodowego, pośrednictwa pracy oraz indywidualnych szkoleń zawodowych i/lub staży -min. 30os. znajdzie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu udziału w proj. -min. 27os. nabędzie kwalifikacje zawodowe Grupa docelowa to 36Ki24M biernych zawodowo od 30 roku życia należących co najmniej do jednej z grup: osoby 50+, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby o niskich kwlaifikacjach, zamieszkujących powiaty m.Suwałki, suwalski, augustowski, sejneński, grajewski lub moniecki (zg. z KC) W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania: 1. Poradnictwo zawodowe (60 os.) - określenie IPD dla każdego z uczestników projektu - indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe (śr.2h/osobę) - grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe - Warsztaty z kreowania wizerunku (10grup*8h) 2. Szkolenia zawodowe (60 osób) - Indywidualne szkolenia zawodowe dostosowane do potrzeb i predyspozycji uczestników projektu, potrzeb pracodawców i lokalnego rynku pracy (śr. 120 godz./os. w śr. 4- osobowych grupach) 3. Realizacja staży zawodowych w lokalnych przedsiębiorstwach (50os.) 4. Pośrednictwo pracy (60 os.) (Polish)
