_La 1ère action_ de l'opération concerne la formation des stagiaires qui se décompose en 12 lots pour un effectif prévisionnel de 384 stagiaires et pour un volume global de 311 040 heures (dont 230 400 heures en centre et 80 640 heures en entreprise). Ce programme de formation « CCSP » (Compétences Clés en Situation Professionnelle) s'inscrit dans le cadre de la lutte contre l'illettrisme et vise à encourager la consolidation des savoirs de base en permettant à tout individu de maîtriser un socle minimum de connaissances et de compétences en vue de l'apprentissage d'un métier. A cet égard, il s'adresse à des demandeurs d'emploi, recensés comme personnes en difficulté de lecture et d'écriture par les structures d'accueil et d'orientation (Pôle Emploi, Missions locales, Cap emploi ...). _La 2ème action_ concerne la rémunération des stagiaires conformément à l'article R6341-1 du Code du Travail.
