Support will be provided to each Party to support the identified needs arising from the IPD. The target group of the project is 40 women who are unemployed after 30, including 20 women after 50. and 20 women with a low level of qualifications, with m. Białystok (max 15 % of a student), the white foot area (at least 15 % of a student), 20 of the participants (50 %) will be the long-term unemployed (unemployed 12 consecutive), 30 of the participants will be unemployed (long-term unemployment) and 10 inactive. The main results achieved by the project: — 40 women will gain a qualification after leaving the programme, with a minimum of 35 % of their participation in the programme after leaving the programme. they will be recruited after UK to participate in the Proj. — min. 35 % of the participants after 50. A minimum of 36 % of the small eligible participants will be recruited after the UK. At least 43 % of the members who do not belong to any of the above groups will be employed after the UK. The main tasks of the project are as follows: 1. The development of IPDs, identification of needs, opportunities for improvement, and the extent to which the labour market has been rejected from the labour market. 2. The PCV’s sister, which allows for the acquisition of a professional qualification and preparing for a traineeship. 3. 3 m-MS in the PCK. 4. Workshop on active job-search techniques. 5. Celem głównym projektu jest zaktywizowanie 40 kobiet oraz nabycie przez nie do końca V.2017r. kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawod. umożliwiającego wykonywanie zawodu siostra PCK a następnie zapewnienie zatrudnienia części uczestniczek w miejscu odbywania stażu (PCK) na okres min. 3 m-c w oparciu o um. o pracę (min.1/2 etatu) lub um. cyw.-prawną, o wartości równej/wyższej 3-krotności min. wynagrodzenia, do 3 m-cy od ukończenia proj. Do każdej uczestniczki zostanie zastosowane wsparcie zgodne ze zidentyfikowanymi potrzebami wynikającymi z IPD. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 40 kobiet pozostających bez zatrud. po 30 r.ż., w tym 20 kobiet po 50 r.ż. i 20 kobiet o niskich kwalifikacjach, z pow. m. Białystok (max. 15% uczest.), pow. białostockiego (min. 15% uczest.) i sokólskiego (min. 15% uczest.), 20 uczestniczek (50%) będzie długotrwale bezrobotnych (pozostających bez zatrud. nieprzerwanie przez 12 m-cy), 30 uczestniczek będzie bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobot.), a 10 biernych zawodowo. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu: - 40 kobiet po 30 roku życia uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - min. 35% uczestniczek długotrwale bezrob. uzyska zatrudnienie po uk. udziału w proj. - min. 35% uczestniczek po 50 r.ż. uzyska zatrudnienie po uk. udziału w proj. - min. 36% uczestniczek o niskich kwalif. uzyska zatrudnienie po uk. udziału w proj. - min. 43% uczestniczek nienależących do żadnej z powyższych grup uzyska zatrudnienie po uk. udziału w proj. Główne zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: 1. Opracowanie IPD, identyfikacja potrzeb, możliwości doskonalenia zawod., stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy uczestniczek. 2. Kurs siostry PCK, umożliwiający nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych i przygotowujący do odbycia stażu. 3. 3 m-ny Staż w PCK. 4. Warsztaty z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy. 5.
