In the municipality of Sokółka approx. 26 residents. The main social problem is unemployment that needs long-term solutions and is a challenge for the municipality. A diagnosis by OPS shows that recipients of social assistance benefits are at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Unemployed are heavily dependent on OPS. The use of active inclusion instruments will provide support to people with difficulties and problems with a view to their work. The main objective of the project is to increase the social and professional activity of the beneficiaries of the benefits of the OPs in a Sokółka based on the reintegration path established individually for each of them, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation and the needs of each participant. An active inclusion service will be the social conurbation within which the individual pathway will be determined. The contract will be signed between the participant and the social work. The aim of this action is to identify cooperation in order to resolve the problems of persons in difficult circumstances. The result will be to increase the social and professional participation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion through social assistance benefits by raising their professional qualifications enabling them to return to the labour market. The project will be made up of 140 people (4 gr). The target group will be at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including the unemployed, who benefit from social assistance services as a result of more than one condition (100os) and of the third aid profile (40os). Preference will be given to persons using the “Food Aid Operational Programme”. Tasks of the project: 1. Activation Programme integration on the basis of an agreement with the District Labour Office in Sokółka 2. specialised advice 3. individual and group guidance 4. courses and training 5 (English) | |||

W Gminie Sokółka mieszka ok. 26 tys mieszkańców. Głównym problemem społecznym jest bezrobocie które wymaga długotrwałych rozwiązań i jest wyzwaniem dla gminy. Z diagnozy którą posiada OPS w Sokółce wynika, że os korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej są zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Bezrobotni w dużym stopniu uzależniają się od pomocy OPS. Zastosowanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji zapewni wsparcie dla os z trudnościami i problemami życiowymi zmierzające do podjęcia przez te osoby pracy. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej os korzystających ze świadczeń OPS w Sokółce w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzona indywidualnie dla każdej os z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej oraz potrzeb każdego z uczestników. Narzędziem realizacji usług aktywnej integracji będzie konrakt socjalny w ramach którego zostanie ustalona indywidualna ścieżka uczestnictwa. Kontrakt zostanie podpisany pomiędzy uczestnikiem a prac socjalnym. Działanie ma na celu określenie współdziałania w celu rozwiązania problemów os znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji życiowej. Rezultatem będzie zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej poprzez podniesienie ich kwalifikacji zawodowych umożliwiajacych powrót na rynek pracy. Projektem zostanie objętych 140 osób (4 gr). Gr docelowa stanowić będą os zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w tym os bezrobotne korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej doś. wykluczenia z powodu więcej niż jednej przesłanki (100os) oraz os należące do III profilu pomocy (40os). Podczas rekrutacji preferowane będą os korzystające z Programu Operacyjnego Pomoc Żywnościowa. Zadania projektu: 1. Program Aktywizacja Integrecja na podstawie porozumienia z Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy w Sokółce 2. poradnictwo specjalistycznego 3. poradnictwo indywidualne oraz grupowe 4. kursy i szkolenia 5. staże zawodowe (Polish)
