The main objective of the project is to increase the social, professional, educational 49os (42K and 7M) activities in the area of molarity District at risk of poverty or social exclusion through participation in activation measures (m.in.in.in.inc., dor.zaw, courses/vocational courses, education) during the period from 01.01.2018 to 28.02.2019. the actions planned in the project have been targeted towards social activation, employing social, professional, educational, comprehensive support and individualised reintegration pathways created individually for each individual, taking into account the diagnosis of problem, resources, potential, predisposition, district needs. The target group will be os.from the surrounding war zone. Key outcomes for the targeted participants are: — living in youth educational centres and youth welfare centres (MCEiRS in Goniądz) -30k -os.residing in the lower end of the (3K 6M) -os.unemployed (III profile) -10 (9K and 1M main tasks: (1) Social activity (counselling, special (rights/counsellor, mediator), social work, social training, and social training) (2) Actic.Educational (secondary education) (remedial action) 3) Actic.educational (remedial) action (4) Action of an environmental nature (streettes) The main results to be achieved by pr.: (1) L.os.zos.b.ub or spoils which have acquired after leaving Pr.-10 (4K6M) 2) L.os.zos.ub or ke up, working after leaving Pr.2 (1K1M) 3) L.os.b.ub or ke, post and post, labour after leaving Pr.-14 (6K8) 4) L.os.zos.b.ub or ke, job seekers participating in education or training, gaining qualification — 26 (11K15M) Pr.will be implemented by the PPR in Mońka.The implementation of activation instruments shall be carried out by a specialist in the area of acti.de (org.non-government) selected in an open pension open to the OPFs. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej,zawodowej,edukacyjnej 49os(42K i 7M) z terenu Powiatu Monieckiego zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez ich udział w działaniach aktywizujących (m.in.indyw.kons.psych.,dor.zaw.,kursach/szkoleniach zawodowych,zajęciach eduk.)w okresie od 01.01.2018 r. do 28.02.2019 r. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie ukierunkowane zostały na aktywizację społeczno-zawodową wykorzystującą instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej,edukacyjnej,zapewniające wsparcie kompleksowe oraz zindywidualizowane w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej,zasobów,potencjału, predyspozycji,potrzeb zaistniałych w powiecie. Grupę docelową pr.będą stanowiły os.z obszaru woj.podl.-Powiat Moniecki.
