To support them in an enhanced way in workshops and in individualised follow-up to master the techniques of job search: construction and use of CVs, self-knowledge, preparation for maintenance, control of behaviour and attitudes and postures in the workplace. For those less remote from employment, the aim is to support them in the process of labour market integration and job consolidation in order to maintain them and support motivation. Indeed, for these young people, we ensure that a structured approach is put in place to equip them and optimise their job search: target job offers, improve their supply/demand matching, work on expectations and representations. Enable young people to work together to remove prejudices and improve mutual recognition. Discovering occupations, especially those in tension and broadening professional choices For a gradual increase in employment, we mobilise integration tools as essential steps for the enrichment of profiles and the stabilisation of the pathway, which aims to achieve autonomy through employment. **Note:** These are the priorities of interventions according to the public, but all the tools are mobilised in view of the need of the young. **Expected results:** Access to initial work experience and then maintain sustainable employment.     Les objectifs visés dans cette action sont tournés vers 2 types de publics : * Le public éloigné de l'emploi * Et ceux identifiés comme relativement proches du marché du travail sans aboutir Il s’agit de les aider en premier à la définition de projets professionnels, les informer sur les métiers et les postes de travail. De les accompagner de façon renforcée en atelier et en suivi individualisé pour maîtriser les techniques de recherche d'emploi : construction et utilisation de CV, connaissance de soi, préparation à l'entretien, maîtrise du comportement et des attitudes et postures en milieu professionnel. Pour les moins éloignés de l’emploi, le but est de les soutenir dans la démarche d’intégration du marché du travail et de consolidation sur les postes afin de s’y maintenir et soutenir la motivation. En effet, pour ces jeunes, nous veillons à la mise en place d’une démarche structurée afin de les outiller et d’optimiser leur recherche d'emploi : cibler les offres d’emploi, en améliorer l'adéquation offre/demande, travailler sur les attentes et les représentations. Permettre le rapprochement jeunes/entreprises pour lever les préjugés et améliorer la reconnaissance mutuelle. Découvrir des métiers, en particulier ceux en tension et l'élargissement des choix professionnels Pour une montée en charge progressive vers l’emploi, nous mobilisons les outils d’insertion comme des étapes indispensables à l’enrichissement des profils et à la stabilisation du parcours, qui a pour finalité l’autonomie par l’emploi. **Remarque :** Il s'agit là des priorités d'interventions suivant les publics, mais l'ensemble des outils est mobilisé au regard du besoin du jeune. **Résultats attendus :** Accès à une première expérience professionnelle, puis maintien dans un emploi durable.
