La formation d'animateur artistique option danse se décompose en sessions théoriques et en sessions pratiques. L'association Anti-Podes / Cie Norma Claire propose trois sessions théoriques par an (50h par session) et un stage pratique de 200h. **Déroulement :** Inscriptions des jeunes en janvier 2018. **Théorie : 3 sessions de formation** (février, juin, octobre). Formation dispensée par l'équipe pédagogique sous la direction de Norma Claire. **Modules pour la formation théorique (150h):** Technique danse, pédagogie public jeune, connaissance de la législation juridique et sociale, développement personnel, l'initiation à la création artistique, connaissance psycho-pédagogique des publics concernés, connaissance des cadres institutionnels **Formation pratique (200h):** Ateliers d'animation dans les quartiers (de juillet à septembre 2018) Les jeunes seront mis en situation professionnelle sur des périodes adaptées en fonction de la capacité du jeune (ateliers hebdomadaires, ateliers mensuels...).
