Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie miechowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a) osób powyżej 50 r.ż- na poziomie co najmniej 33% b) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach- na poziomie co najmniej 38% c) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych- na poziomie co najmniej 30% d) osób z niepełnosprawnościami- na poziomie co najmniej 33% e) kobiet- 39% W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w powiatowych urzędach pracy (PUP) zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub II w rozumieniu ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, należących do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety. Realizowane projekty powinny ujmować element indywidualnej diagnozy potrzeb osób bezrobotnych oraz charakteryzować się kompleksowością, i jak największą skutecznością wsparcia. (Polish)
