Road No 2145K was indicated for funding on grounds of inadequate technical condition and in the fact that it was the only and direct route to the EAZ in m. The project consists of a comprehensive overhaul of the road No 2145K on the section from km 3430 to km 8355 from the intersection with national road No 7 in m. the soil to the junction to the road of 2161K in the field. The length of the conversion will be approximately equal to the length of the conversion. 4925 Amb.The activities undertaken will include: upgrading of the existing supply on a section approx. 3512 mb, with the existing width of the road; restoration of 1.0 m width at ca. 3512mb; local reconstruction of the road surface with a side formation on a section of 1413mb; construction of 2400 mb path drainage on both sides; implementation of the intermediate road surface area to the intersection with DK no 7. 686 m²; conversion of entries and culverts of 78; completion of sections contracted on trips, parking places and stop platforms ca. 9 units; the performance of the platform (s) at stop 6; reconstruction of the existing parking area with a surface area of around 454 m² for the construction of a parking area for longitudinal parking. 272 m². As part of the project, the existing surface will be dismantled and a new road will be constructed using the harvested material, to the extent possible. In particular, project solutions in the PFU are identified as follows: the use of existing structures from concrete slabs as a subconstruction of a new road; performing roadsides with a destructive asphalt. In the scope of the project, the following are also foreseen: restoring, patching and upgrading of the drainage ditches in the form of locally open ditches, for example, due to the lack of space on the ground, the sewer is allowed in conjunction with the transfer to the receiver; the main tasks are: draft.; execution of works.     Droga pow. nr 2145K została wskazana do dofinansowania z uwagi na nieodpowiedni stan techniczny oraz ze wzgl.na to, że stanowi jedyny i bezpośredni dojazd do SAG w m. Niedźwiedź. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa przebudowa drogi pow. nr 2145K na odcinku od km 3430 do km 8355, od skrzyżow. z drogą krajową nr 7 w m. Zaborze do skrzyżowania z drogą 2161K w m.Niedźwiedź. Łącznie przebudowie zostanie poddany odcinek o dług. ok. 4925 mb.Działania podejmowane projekcie obejmą: przebudowę istniejącej nawierz. na odcinku ok. 3512 mb, z zachowaniem istniejącej szerokości jezdni; odtworzenie poboczy o szerokości 1,0 m na odcinku ok. 3512 mb; odbudowa lokalna nawierzchni wraz z odtworzeniem poboczy na odcinku 1413 mb; wykonanie odwodnienia drogi na dług.2400 mb po obu stronach; wykonanie odcinka przejściowego nawierzchni do skrzyżow. z DK nr 7 ok. 686 m2; przebudowa zjazdów wraz z przepustami 78 szt.; wykonanie odcinków zarurowanych pod zjazdami, parkingami i peronami przystankowymi ok. 9 szt.; wykonanie peronów przystankowych 6 szt.; przebudowa istniejącego parkingu o powierzchni ok.454 m2 budowa zatoki postojowej do parkowania wzdłużnego ok. 272 m2. W ramach realizacji projektu istniejąca nawierzchnia zostanie rozebrana, a w jej miejsce zostanie zbudowana nowa, z wykorzystaniem rozebranego materiału w zakresie, w jakim będzie to możliwe. W szczególności w ramach rozwiązań projektowych w PFU wskazano: wykorzystanie istniejącej konstrukcji z płyt betonowych jako podbudowy nowej drogi; wykonanie poboczy z destruktu asfaltowego.
