The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county. The main result of the project will be the employment of 1 participants — not eligible for any of the following groups of 1 participants — the disabled 14 participants — the long-term unemployed 9 participants — people after 50 years of age 3 participants — the low-skilled in the project, will benefit from the 30 years eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called “active unemployed”) or the “Aid Profile II” (“the need for support”) belonging to one or more of the following groups: people over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kolneńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 1 uczestnika- nie kwalifikującego się do żadnej z poniższych grup 1 uczestnika - osoba niepełnosprawna 14 uczestników - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 9 uczestników - osoby po 50 roku życia 3 uczestników - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych (Polish)
