Situé dans une vallée Vosgienne, le climat de Ferdrupt est relativement froid. Le manque d'emploi et l'éloignement de sites d'emploi entrainent une paupérisation de nos locataires. Aussi, il a été décidé de rénover les 2 bâtiments branchés sur une même chaufferie. Le bâtiment 1 non isolé en mur actuellement aura un traitement complet, le bâtiment 2 déjà isolé une remise à niveau afin d'obtenir des performances similaires. Au regard des critères energétiques d'éligibilité, seul le bâtiment 1 est éligible. Les objectifs recherchés sont: - Diminution des charges des locataires - Apporter un surplus de confort en supprimantles parois froides -S'assurer d'une bonne ventilation des logements - Redonner de l'attractivité aux bâtiments (French)

Located in a Vosgian valley, the climate of Ferdrupt is relatively cold. The lack of employment and the remoteness of employment sites lead to the impoverishment of our tenants. Also, it was decided to renovate the 2 buildings connected to the same boiler room. Building 1 not insulated on the wall currently will have a complete treatment, building 2 already insulated an upgrade in order to achieve similar performance. In the light of the energy eligibility criteria, only Building 1 is eligible. The objectives sought are: — Reduction of tenants’ charges — Providing extra comfort by removing the cold walls — Ensure good ventilation of the dwellings — Reducing attractiveness to buildings (English)
