La SAS SOLAM a fait l’acquisition d’une machine qui fabriquera un yaourt en poche à destination des enfants de l’Ouest et de l’Est Guyanais dont le pouvoir d’achat est faible. L’arrivée de cette machine nécessite donc de revoir l’implantation de l’atelier de production. Le porteur doit ainsi d’une part, agrandir une zone de production en chambre froide, ce qui permettra d’accueillir la machine de conditionnement, et d’autre part augmenter la capacité électrique du site, ce qui nécessitera l’acquisition d’un transformateur additionnel de 630 kva. De plus, l’entreprise a pour objectif de distribuer le produit sur l’ensemble de l’Ouest et de l’Est Guyanais. À cet effet, elle souhaite faire l’acquisition d’un camion frigorifique dédié. Ce produit qui présente un caractère innovant, reposant sur le compromis entre la qualité du produit laitier frais, son prix de vente, le tout dans un emballage ludique pour enfants, a été développé en partenariat avec les services de cantine et de crèche, ainsi que les prestataires qui livrent les goûters et déjeuners des écoles.
