The project plans three investment tasks: 1. Modernisation of the “niche” meeting room in the ground building of the Libyan Cultural Centre TYPE A; 2. Modernisation of part of the premises of the Libyan Culture Centre, TYPE A 3. The purchase of the sound and lighting equipment in the performing room LCK TYPE A. The useful surface area of the LCK building is 1 519.50 m². the project area is the part of the Libyan Cultural Centre building, comprising a total of 494.44 m². The new/modernised space available for visitors/customers is 273.76 m², representing 66.54 % of the area devoted to cultural activities in the project facility. The LCK building has been the subject of investment and renovation in recent years, but its current state of repair is not fully satisfactory. There are rooms in the building that are not currently used for cultural or insufficient use. This includes: room with room room, multifunctional room, sanitary facilities with lavatories, office/administration rooms used by LCK, bathroom, staircase, part of the communication, basement of the basement, the fan and the corridor. In addition, the Ahoy Arena does not have adequate facilities for organising the events ‘live’ (concerts, performances, performances, presentations), since it is primarily equipped with kinship equipment with different characteristics. The project is designed to modernise part of the premises of the LCK main site, which are currently uncommitted cultural or managed in a way that is insufficient to make cultural activities more difficult. The project will improve the state of the existing infrastructure and increase the size of the upgraded area for cultural activities in the territory of the municipality. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację trzech zadań inwestycyjnych: 1. Modernizacja pomieszczeń sali spotkań „NISZA” w przyziemi budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury TYP A; 2. Modernizacja części pomieszczeń budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury TYP A 3. Zakup sprzętu nagłośnieniowego i oświetleniowego do sali widowiskowej LCK TYP A. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynku LCK wynosi 1519,50 m2 Przedmiotem projektu jest część budynku Libiąskiego Centrum Kultury, obejmująca łącznie 494,44 m2. Nowa/ zmodernizowana przestrzeń dostępna dla zwiedzających/ odbiorców wynosi 273,76 m2, co stanowi 66,54% powierzchni przeznaczonej na działalność kulturalną w obiekcie objętym projektem. Budynek LCK był przedmiotem inwestycji i remontów w ostatnich latach, jednak jego obecny stan techniczny nie jest w pełni zadowalający. W budynku istnieją pomieszczenia, które są niewykorzystywane obecnie pod działalność kulturalną lub ze względu na istniejący stan techniczny wykorzystywane w sposób niedostateczny. Należą do nich: sala baletowa z pomieszczeniem szatni, sala wielofunkcyjna, pomieszczenia garderoby z sanitariatami, pomieszczenia biurowo-administracyjne wykorzystywane przez LCK, łazienka, klatka schodowa, cześć komunikacji, pomieszczenie techniczne w piwnicy - była wentylatornia oraz korytarz. Ponadto, sala widowiskowo-kinowa nie posiada odpowiedniego wyposażenia do organizacji imprez "na żywo" (koncertów, przedstawień, występów, prezentacji), gdyż jest wyposażona przede wszystkim w sprzęt kinowy, o innej specyfice. W ramach projektu zaplanowano przeprowadzenie modernizacji części pomieszczeń siedziby głównej LCK, które w chwili obecnej są niezagospodarowane pod cele kulturalne lub zagospodarowane są w sposób niewystarczający, utrudniający prowadzenie działalności kulturalnej. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawi się stan istniejącej infrastruktury i zwiększy się zmodernizowana powierzchnia przeznaczona pod działalność kulturalną na terenie gminy.
