The proposed project aims at increasing the availability of cultural resources through the maintenance and efficient use of an important heritage element of the region and a number of investments in improving the conditions for the fulfilment of the entity’s statutory objectives. In terms of material, the project has been divided into the following tasks: 1) Feasibility study, 2) The works of maintenance of the camp premises after the 318/VIII F (344) in Łamb., 3) Design and implementation of an educational exhibition and field information media (architectural contest), 4) Preparation of movable monuments for exhibition purposes, (5) Preparation of a website and preparation of a mobile application for visiting the site of the former camp, 6) Preparation of the museum’s activities based on the new educational exhibition, 7) Preparation of museum activities based on the new educational exhibition, 8) Preparation of museum activities based on a new educational exhibition, (9) Renovation and retrofitting of the Museum of the Museum in Opole, 10) Thermal upgrade of the Museum of the Museum in Opole, 11) Buying the site together with dismantling of the architectural barriers around the Museum of the Museum in Opole, 12) Purchase of necessary equipment for the museum in Opole,).     Beneficjentem projektu jest Centralne Muzeum Jeńców Wojennych (dalej: CMJW), Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie przez CMJW i Zespół Szkół in. Polskich Noblistów w Łambinowicach. Projekt realizowany będzie w obiektach CMJW wpisanych do rejestru zabytków: budynek w Opolu przy ul.Minorytów 3, Budynek w Łambinowicach przy ul. Muzealnej 4, Teren byłego obozu jenieckiego Stalag 318/VIII F(344) Lamsdorf (Łambinowice)–Miejsce Pamięci Narodowej. Wnioskowany projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności zasobów kulturowych poprzez konserwację i efektywne wykorzystanie ważnego elementu dziedzictwa regionu oraz szereg inwestycji w poprawę warunków realizacji celów statutowych jednostki. Pod względem rzeczowym, projekt podzielony został na następujące zadania: 1)Studium Wykonalności, 2)Prace konserwatorskie pozostałości poobozowych po Stalagu 318/VIII F (344) w Łamb., 3)Projekt i realizacja wystawy edukacyjnej i nośników informacji terenowej (konkurs architektoniczny), 4)Przygotowanie zabytków ruchomych na cele ekspozycji, 5)Przebudowa strony internetowej i przygotowanie aplikacji mobilnej do samodzielnego zwiedzania terenu byłego obozu, 6)Przygotowanie informatora dot. nowej wystawy edukacyjnej, 7)Przygotowanie scenariuszy zajęć muzealnych w oparciu o nową wystawę edukacyjną, 8)Remont i doposażenie budynku Muzeum w Opolu, 9)Termomodernizacja ściany zewnętrznej budynku Muzeum w Opolu, 10)Zagospodarowanie terenu wraz z likwidacją barier architekt. wokół budynku Muzeum w Opolu, 11)Modernizacja oraz zakup wyposażenia do magazynu archiwaliów w budynku Muzeum w Opolu, 12)Zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia dla bud.
